Motel 6 Fayetteville, AR

We experienced a few distractions that negatively impacted our feelings: 1. One of our two rooms (#150 and 111) was not ready when we arrived at 5 PM. We were asked to come back after 6 PM. 2. Our rooms were full of dead and actively moving flies. 3. My room door (#150) has a crack, leaving the door loosely closed. 4. Our rooms were full of musty/moldy smells. Together, our feelings got distracted, and we decided to check out and leave the hotel within 20 minutes after we moved into our rooms. We mentioned the poor condition of our rooms to the staff at the counter, but he did not respond to our refund request. I look forward to refunds as these rooms' conditions are conducive to health and safety threats.

Was not happy with reservation . Reserved a non smoking room . Called and confirmed we would have nonsmoking but when we arrived was given smoking and smell was terrible . We had booked 2 nights but checked out after 1 night .. staff was very nice and had no problem with a refund . Followed expedias advice about calling to confirm but did no good .. not at all happy with ******* for that . No need to book and pick what you need if it doesn’t happen

I reserved a room and didn’t get a room

The room we stayed in wasn’t clean. Around 2am I got up to use the bathroom and when I turned on the lights bugs went running.

Cigarette smoke was coming in the room from the tub drain from the room below us

This is a Motel 6 so it's not the Taj Mahal, but you know that going in. This is clean and well kept...I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and stocked and the staff was awesome. We stayed for five days and not a bug in site...paid a great rate.
