Arrived around 3:00 am all day driving for my sisters passing…. do not stay here this place is worse then a motel for $20 a night… couldn’t believe what I brought myself too.. sheets are stained hair on the bed floors are disgusting walls peeling ceiling falling and peeling electrical covers are off elevator has no signs or anything in it, run down place can’t believe it’s still in business.. afraid to even leave my vehicle out alone type of environment, pool is green worst “hotel” I’ve ever seen. Someone turn these guys in ***

Quality Inn & Suites at 2910 Sigman Street in Fayetteville NC was declared unsafe and closed down on August 26, 2021 by the City of Fayetteville Fire Marshal. Approximately 50 guests were evacuated after fire and electrical code violations were found. The utility services were disconnected until proper permits and corrective actions are taken to fix the violations. Owners of the hotel have helped rectify these issues and help guests find new lodging. No charges were filed.
