It was clean, convenient and friendly staff

I don't know if there is a "new" side of the hotel, but our room was just average. i don't know how people can rave about it being “well appointed” It was clean but when you entered the room you were hit with a smell that reminded me of dirty socks. The bathroom was clean but the bathtub was chipped. The breakfast was fine- pancakes, eggs, biscuits. Standard hotel breakfast. Overall, it was fine for one night.

We were travelling from Raleigh to Tampa. We saw the sign and went into this H I. The desk person was friendly and helpful. Even thought the hotel was near full up, she found us a comfortable room for the night. She gave us a welcome goodie bag, including bottle of water. Also, she told us to present our room card in the AM for a free breakfast in the Denny's which was attached to the hotel. We were very pleased with this experience.

We stopped here for 1 night on our way back home. It was very clean & looked fairly new. The lady who checked us in was friendly & very pleasant. The hotel is quiet too. It's located about 1/2 mile from I-95 so we didn't hear any noise from the highway. Our room was on the 3rd floor - a king room that was spacious. Had a couch, desk, good lighting, a dorm size fridge, a safe, microwave, note pad & pen and more. There was a nice buffet breakfast in the morning. My favorite item was the fresh warm cinnamon buns. Coffee was also good. We'd stay here again.

Booked a room while traveling south on I95, and we were very happy with our stay. Got there about 10pm on a Friday and it was packed! There was a youth wrestling tournament in town & the lobby was full of boys and their coaches eating pizza and talking really loud. Great. Front desk staff were super nice despite the crowd, and we were pleasantly surprised by a good night's sleep. Big shout out to whoever the adults were, because the boys were well behaved. The next morning at breakfast it was difficult to get near the breakfast spread, but the staff did a fantastic job of keeping up and no one went hungry. Room was clean and the location off I95 can't be beat. We will put this place on our list of I95 hotels to return to!

This is a great overnight stop, and just off I 95. Our room was clean and very quiet. I did feel that the room was dated but didn’t impact my stay. We had a king room that was very spacious. The included breakfast was a typical buffet style and staffed well. The front desk staff is friendly, efficient and caring. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed here on our drive south to Florida, the hotel is conveniently located right off the highway. Rooms are very spacious and clean as was the hotel itself. There is a nice gym and pool and patio area, breakfast is included with the room and had good options. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. There are some good dinner options a few miles away in the Cool Spring Downtown District and also heard the Marquis Bistro restaurant across the street from the hotel is good for dinner and/or cocktails.

Great front desk personnel, everything was VERY clean and VERY orderly. We had a large room with the biggest (and cleanest) bathroom I've seen at hotels and a very nice breakfast with a big selection. Overall this was an awesome experience!!
