The stay was great. The room was very clean and had no smells. The customer came to the room when the TV wouldn't Coe on and fix it right away

Our room was ok, check in was fine. But had adjoining room door that was paper thin. the neighbours were so inconsiderate coming in loud 12:00 midnight and slamming doors/swearing/partying until 3:15am...not fun when you have to be up for 6:15. No breakfast offered. The mini fridge and bathroom fan were VERY loud but thankfully it drowned out the neighbour noise eventually. The smell going down to floor one was awful :/ And the room spray for our room was overpowering.

There was lots of things right around hotel. Very convenient. They do advertise breakfast and there was none which was part of the reason I got this hotel. They need some updates but the staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Parking lot is a little small with small spaces.

The paint was bubbling off the walls in huge patches, in several places. the whole downstairs floor smelled horrible. there was a blood stain on the top white cover on the bed. the towels had tiny brown spots on them that clearly weren't washed and we're just refolded and put back. the air in the room felt sticky from the moisture that was coming out of the walls that were probably full of mold based on the bubbling paint. The water took a good 10 minutes to get hot.
