This is our 2nd stay at this property. Most TV channels not working and it took 7 days to get it fixed. The staff was apologetic. I like to make a suggestion on your breakfast to change it up a bit as a long term stay customer might not enjoy the same items everyday. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.

This room was well set up and immaculate. The area was good and near the SeaTac airport, plenty of parking and the breakfast was a great bonus! Service at the counter was fast and professional. I have traveled to the Northwest for years and I must say, this was the best value and really one of the nicest rooms I have had the pleasure of staying at. Overall this is an Excellent Hotel and well worth the money!

I stayed for two consecutive days, and the hotel did not clean and change towels every day. Didn't clean the room until check out. The sound insulation of the room is too poor.

I was there for three nights. The maid service did not even come to my room to empty the trash. I can understand not making the bed, but they could’ve at least checked on the trash.

Overall was a good experience. I wish I would’ve known the pool was closed and I didn’t see anywhere this was an outdoor pool, I may have overlooked this. The room was nice, there was stains on the couch and office chair. The sheets were to small and were probably meant for a Queen. The fridge didn’t really work and leaked. Staff was overall friendly, I felt secure and safe at the hotel. Pretty nice area. I wouldn’t pay summer rates for this hotel, the rates were a little spendy for what you got. Breakfast was the same for both mornings. Was decent-pretty good, stay.

Tiara at check-in was the best! She was super quick and gave me all the info possibly needed for our stay. This La Quinta is typical of what you expect from a hotel near the airport but employees like Tiara make it great. Very kind and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at la Quinta inn. I have stayed in other locations and I had bad experiences. I was hesitant to stay but I am glad to know this experience went above and beyond. I shall be staying here again when I visit Tacoma.
