Wir haben in diesem Hotel 3 Zimmer gebucht, da wir als Aussteller auf der Messe München waren. Für 5 Nächte haben wir ein kleines Vermögen bezahlt. Die RezeptionistInnen waren sowas von unfreundlich und unhilfsbereit, das haben wir noch nie erlebt und wir reisen viel. Ein Bitte/Danke existiert dort weder an der Rezi noch beim Frühstückspersonal. Aufgrund dubioser Corona Ausreden, wollten sie unsere Zimmer nicht putzen. Wir sollen mit dem Hotelmanager sprechen, wenn wir unsere Zimmer geputzt haben wollen. Die Zimmer wurden dann dahingehend ”geputzt”, dass lediglich die Decke über das Bett geworfen wurde und die Handtücher getauscht wurden. Allerdings gaben sie uns dann anstatt zwei Handtüchern nur noch ein Handtuch. Die Zimmer waren im Übrigen altmodisch und geschmacklos eingerichtet. Nachdem ich mir abends immer eine Tasse Tee aufs Zimmer nahm, waren jeden Tag ein leeres Teehäferl am Tisch. Weggeräumt hat es drei Tage niemand vom Hotel, erst als ich die drei Tassen mitten auf den Gang vor dem Zimmer stellte, wurde es mitgenommen. Am ersten Tag aßen wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant, wobei das Essen lieblos und grausig serviert wurde. Am zweiten Tag ging ich zur Rezeption um eine Restaurantempfehlung außerhalb des Hotels zu erfragen, wo der Rezeptionist antwortete: Ich kenne in der Gegend kein Restaurant außer unseres im Hotel. Obwohl rund um das Hotel zig Restaurants sind. Alles in allem eine Zumutung. Wir waren wirklich froh, als wir dann endlich abreisen konnten.

The hotel is very good and not expensive, the surrounding is very convenient, supermarkets, restaurants are not far away. More suitable for driving, there are not many free parking spaces on the ground. The restaurant downstairs is OK, the dishes are not rich enough, the taste is OK, the service is very good.

The rooms are big and stunned, 3 times more than the average room. There is a sofa and there is a min kitchen. The restaurant is good around. Basically impeccable. Is the location is relatively biased, from the Reim and U2 subway station, walking 20 minutes, or transfer to the bus. There is also a supermarket within a 10-minute walk.

The room is neat and clean, although not very big, and the service is very good. Facilities: They are also relatively complete. There is a small restaurant on the ground floor, which offers a variety of simple Western food. French fries are good. A hamburger, French fries, drink, and milk set is 18 euros. Do you think it is expensive?

Super friendly staff, beautiful rooms, good location to the fair. A greeting berger on the room, super. Delightful breakfast and a garage for the car. Good restaurants in the direct proximity and great shopping opportunities in the proximity. A outlet and the segmilller. Whoever has children is an indoor game directly opposite. We're coming back.

The staff at bar was extremely nice and professional! I enjoyed so much for all the service there. That made my days special. Rooms were perfect. Everything went smoothly. Parking was free. Whole stay was refreshing, relaxing and i felt very welcome in every turn. Could not wish anything more! I sincerely recommend! Location is charming at countryside village if Parsdorf. There is bavarian and italian restaurant in village. Plus there is McD and KFC at nearby mall area. Also TotalEnergy station with very well airconditioned cafe. Tesla charging station also at mall area. Access to the city of Munich is easy by bus and train.

great staff, very friendly, multilingual! Very clean, I loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, tasty eggs, a lot of different bread. I loved as well the laundry room where I could clean my cloth. I warmly recommend the hotel Bento-Inn Munich. Best price, great rooms, very nice persons within the hotel staff, Recommendable for friends, families and business trips.

Perfect for one night on trip to italy, We had a double/connected family room, it was very good. Personally missed the airconditioning but that was no surprise as is was not on the list for the room. Restaurant was good for diner and breakfest, food and drinks are good. Charging electric car is no problem, space for 4 cars next to main entrance.

The location is perfect..in front of hotel is shuttle bus 190/191 that can bring u from n to munich ost n near to marientplatz, the breakfast is AWESOME. We really love it, i n my husband n boy love it. The room is clean and has kettle for hot water. Eveything is perfect and if we come back to munich, we will booking this hotel again Thank you holiday inn express 🫰🫰my boy has given this chocolate santa by hotel staff

Hotel is small, comfortable, clean and totally new renovated. Online check in with door code (instead of key card or regular keys) is a big plus. Check out process super easy. Just close the door. Perfect. View on neighborhood buliding (some sort of lubricate manufacturer) could be better. Please keep in mind. Hotel rooms don't have air condition. Windows can be opened but due to the fact that you only have only window there will be no fresh breaze coming in. During a hot day our room was quite warm and we were not able to cool it down. Overall perfect place to stay for a night or two. Will come back.
