一週前在攜程花了300的價格預訂了房間，入住當日16:30左右，到了公寓樓下打電話給房主，告訴我沒有攜程的訂單，我告訴房主我一週前就預訂了並提供了訂房人姓名，告訴我等她查一下就掛了電話。等了好長時間也沒給回電話。我又打電話問怎麼停車，告訴我可以停到地下停車場，一天20，又掛了電話。等我們停好車我又打電話給她，告訴我看到預訂了，我問幾樓告訴樓層後又掛了電話。在停車場找了半天電梯，發現有個直達樓上的電梯但是需要刷卡才可以乘坐，又打電話給她問怎麼能上去，告訴我等先出來再到一樓坐電梯。拎着行李上到1層，到外面繞了半個樓終於找到能上樓的電梯，進去後發現沒法到達房間所在的樓層，衹能在所在樓層的下一層下電梯然後又打電話聯繫房主，15分鐘沒聯繫上，不是佔線就是沒人接，瞬間有些慌了。契而不捨一直打終於有人接了，問了怎麼找她，告訴我個房間號，讓我直接進去，到了房間發現門根本打不開，又打電話給她，告訴我等會兒給發密碼。一頓折騰終於在1個小時後進了屋。總結：不問不答，不露面。住的真累心。至於公寓環境，洗手間牆壁附近略有滲水，床上被品略有潮氣，有點捂了的味道。一個電視一個冰箱一個小凳子，其他無。
