Everything was perfect, the lady is super kind and helpful. I’ve never found someone nicer than her in my whole life! The room is clean and with a super nice view. If you need to buy typical food, ask her to help you - she will let you have the best price. Unfortunately we stayed in Fenghuang just 1 night - it worth to stay a bit longer.

The room was very clean & comfortable.  In my room have 2 air conditioners. The boss and auntie are very nice, helpful, and friendly. Auntie will pick up you at Nanhua Gate. And help you carry your luggage. She will recommend photo studios and restaurant and give you discounts on both. The hotel's location is excellent!. There is in the center of the scenic area, between Tuojiang Stepping Stone and Xueqiao Bridge. But the accommodation is a bit noisy. Have many people take photos around here all the time if it is quiet after 1 a.m. until 8 a.m. When I left, Uncle sent me to the bus station and help me carry luggage.
