This hotel was such a gem! Located in a beautiful scenic area, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The service was outstanding—the staff went above and beyond by picking us up, dropping us off, and even helping with our luggage, which made our stay so much easier.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. One standout feature was the heated toilet seat, which was such a treat during the cold season. Having a washer included was another huge bonus, especially for longer stays.
Overall, everything about this hotel made us feel at home. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and stunning surroundings!

The location in the middle of the ancient town offers an exceptionally great view. It’s LOUD until around 11pm, as the bars and restaurants play their music at REALLY high volume. That said, it calms down completely afterward, and the mornings are generally quiet. A great choice if you don’t mind some evening noise—but if you do, consider booking a place outside the ancient town for a quieter experience.

Hostel in a great position right next to the river. Entrance through a traditional dress shop so not obvious. Room ok but could do with spruce up. Fenhuang very scenic and quiet during the day as we visited in December so out of season. However in the evening right outside our window was an exceptionally LOUD BAR with live singing and Karaoke which meant absolutely no chance of sleep until 11.30 so not great for an early train.

This has been our best stay throughout our trip. It was the prettiest accommodation, it was cheap and we have no regrets. They even provide bidet and air conditioner with heater which is suitable for our weather as it was around 9 degrees! Recommended and love this place!

If you go to bed before 11 o'clock, don't stay at their house, because there are 2 bars downstairs. It's very exciting to lie in bed, but after 11 o'clock, there is not much singing. He has a good attitude and is very patient, but he is too noisy, very noisy.
