This B&B is definitely the best value for money in Phoenix. It’s right next to the Wuqiao Bridge, and it doesn’t have many rooms. It also comes with a small yard that just barely covers the sidewalk. It has privacy and doesn’t hinder sitting in the yard. Or enjoy the view from the balcony. The rooms are very clean. I don't know how many times better they are than those stilted buildings by the river. There is also a place to park. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

Very nice lady taking care of the place. She was generous in sharing her snacks and tea. A little troublesome carrying our heavy luggages from the road into the ancient town but she helped us to carry one luggage as well and was very pleasant and steadfast.
Nice design of the room and had a lovely bathtub to soak in.
The balcony view was superb but the entire town has lots of mozzies so prepare insect spray!!!

The B&B is near Wuqiao and easy to find. You can take a taxi to Wuqiao and cross the Wuqiao directly after getting off the taxi. It is not far from the side. The room is very artistically decorated. There is a balcony outside where you can sit and enjoy the scenery. The sliding door of the balcony is very soundproof. After closing it, you can hardly hear the noise outside and have a quiet sleep. The bed is very comfortable, the toilet is electric, and it is clean and tidy. The water in the water heater is not too hot, and everything else is perfect.
