The hotel management sent someone to meet us on the Yun (cloud) Bridge and help with the luggage. It was a good idea as it was not easy to find if you don't know the area and there were stairs to climb in order to get to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple but sufficient. Reception also helped to order a ride for us ahead of time so we didn't have to wait for one in the afternoon heat. The room size is decent and the bathroom is fine. The view is beautiful. The only drawback is that the cleaning could be done more thoroughly.

The rooms are modern and clean. The balcony has beautiful views of the river, specially at night. The people at the reception were also really nice. However the hotel only provided disposable towels, which is very inconvenient, specially to girls with longer hair. It just doesn't work. Also, breakfast only opens at 08:00, which meant we Lost it because we had to catch the train at 08:43.

The hotel staffs is very friendly and patient by explaining all the things can do and walk around the place. They even pick us up at the taxi drop off area. The hotel is at the end of the phoenix town street so it is very quiet at night.

Had a great stay in this uniquely located hotel on the river in the quiet part of town. The butler Xiaoteng was extremely helpful with any request via Wechat and assisted us to arrange transport to and from the station, met us at the bridge nearby where the car dropped us and brought our luggage to the room, excellent service and friendliness in the hotel. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Good and local breakfast. Cleanliness in the room and hallways could be improved a bit but wasn't bad either. Thanks for the great stay, we felt welcomed by all.

Service was excellent. 小藤 helped us navigate the town and avoid tourist traps. He also went out of his way to drive us to catch our train when we couldn't get a taxi. Location was good, located at the quieter end of the town so we had a very peaceful time.

The location is nice. The nice river view. It is not located in the center of the city, therefore, we could avoid the noise.Quiet and comfortable. 2. Well equipped. Screen TV, automatic curtain and washlet（Shower toilet）ーI remebered how comfortable the warm toilet seat is!! But what made me impressed most was the hospitality of the staff. The receptionists and concierge were so kind and friendly and I could feel their eagerness to entertain the guests. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay!!
