Normally I don’t write reviews but this one i write The property staff was very good and helpful specially there was a small girl I don’t know her name but she was very fast and very helpful. She was short but she carry our heavy suitcase and help us put in our room. I will definitely recommend this hotel Location I give 10 out of 10

The hotel boasted a prime location, providing easy access to top tourist spots like 红桥 (Red Bridge) and 雪桥 (Snow Bridge). While attending the 翠翠 (Cui Cui) performance, we only caught a brief glimpse of her on the balcony. Our room was cozy and comfortable, especially the spacious King-size bed. However, the room's cleanliness could be enhanced. We found the toilet cluttered with leftover lotion bottles. On a positive note, our host was extremely friendly and helpful, offering valuable insights and tips throughout our stay.”

The hotel is located in the ancient city, in an excellent first-line location. You can see Fengqiao and Wanming Tower from the balcony. The night view is amazing. The pictures I shared were taken from the balcony of the room. In addition, there is a tea table on the balcony where you can boil water and drink tea. The car is parked in the parking lot outside the city, and there is a shuttle bus to Fengqiao for free. The boss is a handsome guy, very enthusiastic, and helped us with the luggage. I would like to make a few suggestions. The door of the balcony is a three-opening sliding door, but it cannot fit together, and it cannot isolate the noise from the outside. You can only go to sleep after the whole city is silent at 11:30. In addition, when I went there, the rooftop terrace seemed to be unkempt and messy. It may be because I got up early. I think these two points are not worth mentioning for me who sleeps late and gets up late. However, in winter, the problem of the balcony door not fitting together needs to be solved. In short, I am generally satisfied, and it is worth booking this hotel four months in advance.

Very good location, great service, rooms are ok (size, commodities) However, cleaning is not very satisfying: dirty sheets in public areas for example. The hotel is also very noisy : located in a busy street and hotel employees quite noisy early morning.

The room is not very big, but it feels enough. Hot water comes quickly too. The photos were taken from the balcony of the room, right and left. It is also more convenient to travel, and it is somewhere in the middle between going up and down. There is a bar street opposite, which can be very loud at night, but at 11 o'clock, it will be very quiet. If you like to go to bed early, you may be more cautious. I personally go to bed late and don't think it affects me. Yes, you can see the performance at night, but not from the front. But if you go downstairs to have a look, it's very close (the platform with pink flowers in Figure 4 is where the performance is). For those who drive by themselves, the boss will recommend a parking lot, which costs 40 yuan for 24 hours. It’s a bit difficult for those who are carrying suitcases, because it takes 10 minutes to walk, and the ancient town is full of stone pavements. I think it is more troublesome to carry suitcases🧳 and where to stay because cars are not allowed inside. .

The location is quite convenient, not far from Hongqiao. The boss has a good service attitude. Since there is no elevator, the boss will help carry the suitcase upstairs. But the bathroom is too small, which is very inconvenient.

The B&B has a good environment and the owner is very enthusiastic. Taking photos in the small yard is also very photogenic. The scenic spots are also very close and convenient. The prices in the ancient city are also very cheap. I will come again next time

The location of the hotel is in the ancient city of Fenghuang. It is very convenient to visit the ancient city of Fenghuang. It is not easy to find it, but the navigation is still very accurate. There is a bar downstairs in the hotel. It will be very noisy before 11:30 in the evening, and then it will be very quiet. The boss provides luggage deposit. In general, the price/performance ratio of the room is still very high, and it is recommended.

The guesthouse has quite a bit of character. However, the noise at night from the nearby pub and tourists at the riverbank might be a bit disruptive. The family room is spacious, great for families with kids. Overall, we are satisfied with service and the room.

Fenghuang on a Saturday is so incredibly crowded and touristy. The rooms here had very poor sound insulation so beware if you’re a light sleeper or request a room on the interior (with less light). The squat toilets were difficult for my older relatives to manage and the bathrooms didn’t smell great. But it’s an ancient town, so what do you expect. The staff were friendly and helped us with our bags to the road. It was great to be able to converse with them through WeChat as no one spoke any English.
