I’ve been on the road for over 40 days and this was one of my best experiences at a hotel. The staff were very kind and welcoming and pretty too! They were all very professional and helped me carry my bags to my room. The hotel is very classy and modern. Nicely decorated. My room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was large and water pressure was amazing. The view from the terrace was incredible, very good for taking photos. The swimming pool is also very good, but there are a lot of children that use it, so it gets a bit noisy and crowded. The breakfast in the morning was also very delicious and generous. I loved fengjie and i loved this hotel. I’d definitely stay here again next time

Some details of the room still need to be paid attention to. I noticed that there was a half-cut fly corpse on the bathroom beam. It may be hit by the guest, because I also killed a fly on the floor-to-ceiling window glass, but I wiped it clean. I didn't say that the hotel feels unclean. I think the whole is still clean and comfortable. Occasionally, there is no way to have bugs. . . Then the window can be wiped, the outside is a bit dirty, it feels like something dripping upstairs, and then the floor-to-ceiling windows of room 222 directly fall off the two water pipes to block the front, as a viewing room, it is indeed a bit not supposed, I can say that I am too lucky. . .

A good stay experience, the rooms are spacious and hygienic, the staff are polite and enthusiastic, and the location is excellent. It is very convenient to eat and drink around. It is about 4 kilometers away from Qutang Gorge of Baidi City, and downhill is Fengjie Port. The air conditioner is not very cool, and I don’t know if the main unit is not turned on this season. The breakfast should be richer. Overall, it is very good. I will definitely recommend it to friends who want to go there.

There are several good restaurants downstairs, with convenient transportation, fast taxis, and only a few minutes away from the high-speed rail station. In addition, the service staff here is very good. When I left on the last day, I accidentally left my braces wrapped in a tissue in the restaurant. After calling to inquire, the staff took the trouble to help me find it in the trash can and the swill bucket. I was really moved. I recommend everyone to book this hotel when they come to Fengjie. Fengjie has beautiful scenery, a high sense of happiness among the people, and is warm and hospitable. I hope to come back to play when I have time.

The view along the way to the top of the Three Gorges is spectacular, but it is very strenuous. After returning to the hotel from the scenic area, I asked the front desk if there was a basin for washing feet, and then the staff brought a wooden barrel for soaking feet to our room. There are many restaurants next to the hotel, including Chinese hot pot and barbecue, which is very convenient for eating.

Both are 5-star hotels, but in comparison, there are some details that the hotel still needs to pay attention to. 1. When I opened the laundry list in the drawer, I found stains. The cleaning staff and the foreman should not have checked it; 2. The battery of the scale should not have been replaced for a long time, and the battery is dead and cannot be used; I raised the question and hope it will help the hotel to avoid customer complaints later

The hotel is upstairs in the New Century Department Store, the room is large, and the overall design is still Chinese. But the facilities are average, the shower room is too small, the shower head is too high and the water is overflowing to the bathroom floor. Deposit is also required.

Usually the hotel's breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. Or it starts at 6:30 earlier. The breakfast at this hotel is a big tree. A group of people sit there from 6:50 to 7:20 before serving. It's really a big tree. This is the first time I have met such a Buddha for breakfast. After eating, I rushed to Baidi City in the early 8 o'clock, and the people who set off early had already walked to the mountainside. I chased this time, if I didn't grab the medal with others, I would cry to death.
