第一次入住！國賓酒店衞生及設施極其差！酒店內的床單不僅不乾淨，還有破洞，床單上有像沙子和蟲*的那種東西，特噁心，枕頭上還有臟點子，這僅僅是最基本的床單被罩！還有，沒有一次性拖鞋，還是和總枱説了才送上來的，基本的洗髮水沐浴露也是小瓶裝，還不是一次性的，誰敢用！吹風機吹出來的風發臭，一股那種燒了什麼東西的味道，極其難聞！一開始辦理入住房卡打不開房門，衹能找保潔阿姨，誰住這麼不方便且不安全的酒店！最後無奈找前台退款退房，但因為是平台訂的退不了，磨蹭了半個多小時前台作為補償性的給換了一間稍大的房間，但經理不讓！！！為了錢而不顧客户入住體驗，絕對不會有回頭客！！！碰到的前台服務挺好，有耐心，但酒店經理絕對差評，衹為圖謀利益，根本不管入住體驗，有這價格可以去新區那邊，哪怕是去對面聚陽酒店，也不要來這兒了，絕對差評！衷心勸告！本地人都不來！！！
