Fenwick Shores, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Very happy with our 1 night stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was facing the highway and with Bike Fest starting in Ocean City, we could hear motorcycles going past late into the night, but it wasn't horrible. Otherwise the room was extremely quiet. Parking is tight but manageable. It did look like people were parking there to go to the beach for the day. The hotel did not feel full, but there were few open parking spots. I would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

This was our first time to Fenwick island and the hotel did not disappoint. The room was spacious and very clean. It smelled like the bathroom had been sanitized with bleach, the towels and linens were also clean and smelled fresh. Hotel was walking distance to good restaurants. Getting to the beach was an easy short walk too. We had a room facing the busy road and were not bothered by traffic or noise from other guests. Luckily we had some Hilton points to use otherwise it would have been an extremely expensive stay, but we enjoyed so much that we plan on coming back next year. Parking was tight with a big truck or SUV, but it still works well. The food on site was also good and teenager-approved. staff were all friendly and the housekeepers do a great job.

We had a great mid-week September stay for two nights for our first visit to Fenwick Island. Room/bathroom were spacious and very well-stocked. Nicely decorated with comfy beds, nice towels, etc. Just a very short walk to the beach, the hotel pool was nice to relax and cool off. We added the breakfast package to our room which was a great and convenient deal for us. On-site parking no charge after Labor Day. Staff was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. As I read in other posts, I think front-facing rooms might be noisy, especially in high season when there is a lot more action and traffic. We asked to be on the far side and it was quiet. Would stay here again if we return to FI.

I was very much looking forward to visiting the “quiet resort” in Delaware. This hotel was anything BUT quiet. Heavy slamming doors, elevators dinging constantly, kids running and screaming through the hallways, etc. When I arrived for check in, no one was at the front desk. I literally had to walk around to the back office to tell them I was here. Took me a while to get acclimated to the digital room key being needed for everything. I’m old and not a techie. For a newer hotel, there were a lot of flaws regarding housekeeping. Blood (?) and pen (?) marks on the curtains, spider web on the balcony rails, dust on the lamps, etc. See photos. Also, the WiFi was nonexistent due to a Comcast power outage. I’m actually writing this as I’m at the hotel. Cannot wait to get home. I expected more from the Hilton brand.

This was our second visit to the hotel this summer. It was another very nice experience. I think the employees at this hotel are exemplary. Our most frequent interactions were with the hospitality crew in the restaurant/bar area. Stacy as always was pleasant and informative of local favorites. What was really special was meeting and talking with the evening bartenders and servers. The young men were from Eastern Europe. We had many conversations about their backgrounds and education. They were polite, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to meet them.

Overall great option for area. Not having an Espresso machine is a puzzling omission. Could use more dining choices and menu options for bar and breakfast. Full fridge and kitchenette in room was great, so are power outlets in nightstands.

The room was spacious and lovely. It is like a studio apartment and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff was so friendly and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

I did not like that Hilton Hotel advertises a discount for seniors/ Veterans and my husband is a veteran (and senior) and we stayed 5 days over Memorial weekend and were told by manager at Fenwick Hilton Tapestry that we could not get the Veterans discount ! Disgraceful - disrespectful to those who have proudly served this great country !
