You have to deposite 200 € when you dont leave the apartment clean they will not give it back to you. It was not clean and the shower was half broken. I payed 65 euros which is definitly to much for it.

I mean this hotel is an option if you want to stay close to the airport ....keep in mind that you have to walk a bit once you get of the bus station....it's in ferney which os France not Switzerland but is very close to the border.....the rooms are spacious compare to the ones in geneva ...the inside pool is definitely a plus ...so overall if you want to stay close to the geneva airport for cheap is not that bad

Clean hotel in a quiet location. Location is good

This hotel is a trap! I would like to remind you not to make any reservations in the future. Various hotel routines. The laundry machine doesn't give change, and the coffee machine doesn't give you change. You have to ask the front desk how to operate it to get change. I felt lonely. And the hotel is not soundproof or soundproof! And dogs are welcome. Even if you invite me to this hotel, I won’t come again.

I booked a room with a double bed this weekend to stay after a dinner where I planned to propose to my girlfriend. After a certain time, there is no return train to Strasbourg so I needed a room to spend the night, *alone*, after our dinner alone. (We qualify as conservatives if you understand.) On arrival I was asked to pay the fee for two, I didn't realize this since it's a small amount, until I reopened the app on the train home the next day . The staff must have thought that we were both going to stay but that was not the case: having traveled by train, my girlfriend came to pick me up at the Geneva station and accompanied me to the hotel for the duration of put my things down and organize them, but let's move on, after all it's only €3.74. However, I was also asked for a deposit of €200, which was not mentioned anywhere on Trip to my knowledge. The deposit is made either by pre-authorization with the CB or in cash. I should note that I was upgraded, although I got two single beds instead of a double but it's not that bad. Check-ins only really take place from 3 p.m., having arrived at around 2 p.m. I had the choice between waiting in the lobby or taking a look around and then coming back after 3 p.m. To be more concise about the stay, here are the positive and negative points: + The bedding and towels were clean, a bit yellowed for some pillows but clean. + The kettle worked, Ferney water contains quite a bit of limestone that said. + Glasses, mugs, plates and other utensils as well as two freeze-dried tea and coffee bags are available. + The bathtub/shower has a shower head with an active filter, the pressure was good. - The only way to wash was with the shower head even though a whole installation was there, with several projection points. - There were some not very inspiring orange marks in the bathtub and on the silicone seals (photos attached) - The hairdryer was out of order and even seemed literally broken, it wasn't great given the 5•C waiting for me outside but no time to complain at reception: I have a marriage proposal to make which I you tell me! - The walls with the neighbors are rather thin. Around midnight I heard the discussions, and more if affinity, from the next room..

The facilities are very good, there is a swimming pool, and parking is very convenient and free.

Unfriendly staff, ask for a deposit of €200 on site knowing that there is no notification on trip.com or booking telling us that we must give a deposit on arrival. Dirty room, shower that only works half way and so on.

Spa under construction and the room with a double bed was not respected / separate beds 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

It looks smaller than the picture, but otherwise it's okay. It has a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator.

Ok for short stay but more like a flat than a hotel - as expected by the name so not complaining but a warning, not great for business trip

My experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I was met with disappointment after disappointment. Here are some reasons why I cannot recommend this apartahotel:Unprofessional Staff: The staff members were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any sort of assistance. Their attitude towards guests was indifferent at best, and downright rude at worst.Poor Hygiene Standards: The cleanliness of the apartahotel left much to be desired. The room I was assigned to had not been properly cleaned, with visible stains on the bedding and suspicious spots on the bathroom fixtures. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority.Lack of Amenities: Despite the promises of modern amenities, the reality fell short. Basic amenities such as toiletries and towels were either missing or of subpar quality. The advertised Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to carry out even simple tasks.Noise Issues: The apartahotel lacked soundproofing, resulting in constant disturbances from neighboring rooms and outside traffic. This made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep or relax during the day.Overpriced for What You Get: Considering the lackluster quality of service and amenities, the price charged for a stay at this apartahotel is exorbitant. There are far better options available at similar or even lower rates in the area.
