The staff was super nice. They offered tea when I felt sick. Especially the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, Yunus has helpful all along.
However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean.

期待をしてかなり前から予約をしていました。フェズに夜到着し雨に降られ、勝手に道案内を始める青年にチップをせがまれ何とか到着したら何故かとりあえずお茶を飲めと屋上？のレストランに案内されました。雨に降られ冷え切って、早くチェックインしたいと思いながら耐えました。
しばらくすると、部屋がないから違う所に案内すると言われました。本当に疲れていて、かつ楽しみにしていたリヤドだったので失望しました。
ホテルの方々は、ホテルに着いた時は「安心してね」等やたらと声をかけて来て不思議な雰囲気でした。誠実さは感じませんでした。フェズの街が良い思い出では無くなってしまいました。

Youness was our waiter and he was excellent! There was a big rainfall the night before so they had to clean the rooftop for us, we chilled in the lobby and they owner sat us down and told gave us ideas for the day. Where to go what to see, she was extremely nice and very helpful. Follow the stamps around town and enjoy a nice menu. We have the meatballs and the lamb. Very good!

I had an excellent experience at Palais FRS Yahia! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Abdul was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and his crew — Ahmed, Marwane, Amine, and Rayan — went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and enjoyable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out.
The food was delicious, full of authentic flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and elegant, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great time with family or friends.
Thanks to Abdul and his amazing team, my visit was memorable. I highly recommend Palais Fès Yahia to anyone looking for outstanding service, delicious food, and a truly special experience.

Enjoyable Stay
Enjoyed my stay at this riad. The place is beautiful and very clean, and the staff were attentive — they were always checking if we needed anything. The food was tasty (a bit pricey compared to eating out elsewhere), but super convenient. They also help with everything from calling a car to laundry (some things come at an extra fee, but it's nice to have these options regardless). Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!
