We had some difficulty communicating due to the language barrier, and it was a bit challenging for the driver to locate the hotel when picking us up. However, the breakfast was nice, though it was served rather late, around 9 a.m.

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions beyond my control (I provided all the evidence)! The hotel refused to reschedule the dates of my stay for a couple of days (even though there were vacancies), and they also refused to refund my money. They did not respond to email or WhatsApp, although I wrote to them several times two days or less before the booking.

The highlight is that it has more local characteristics. You don't have to walk too far after getting off the bus. The distance is acceptable. The water in the bathroom is very, very slow.

老城中心，位置很好，雖然難找但是別有趣味。工作人員十分好心，有問必答，如果小巷迷路可以來接送，還介紹，送我到了一個超級好的家庭餐廳，是我吃過最好的一頓。房間和大廳超級美麗，還有看全城的天台！廁所浴室下水在老城都是一個問題，其餘都好。

Es war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich dort übernachtet habe.
Unser Zimmer lag direkt am Innenhof. Das Badezimmer mussten wir zunächst selbst reinigen, bevor wir es überhaupt nutzen konnten und die Toilette roch unangenehm.
In der Nacht war an erholsamen Schlaf kaum zu denken bis spät abends liefen laute Fernseher, und später störte dauerhaftes, starkes Husten.
Nach dieser Erfahrung haben wir unseren Aufenthalt verkürzt. Der Gastgeber zeigte kein Interesse daran, warum wir früher abreisten es ging ihm offenbar nur ums Geld.
