The hotel is very well located in the new part of town. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean. There's a pleasant terrace on the 4th floor. The food is decent, as is the breakfast.
The only downside is that the room doors should be soundproofed, as noise from the common areas is bothersome. There was no noise from neighboring rooms. Overall, a very good experience; I will definitely return to this hotel.

シャワーの排水が良くなかったです。チェックインした時からすでに流れてない水がバスタブに溜まっていました。お湯の温度も十分ではありませんでした。スタッフの対応はとても良いです。明るく声をかけてくれますし、英語も通じます。wifiのつながりが少し悪かったです。

What an amazing hotel in Fes, closed to everything that you may need, clean rooms and nice ones, the best side of it is the STAFF, any thing you like you can get it immediately, not happy with something they change it immediately, what else will i need?

Nicest people, beautiful suite! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The manager is the incredible. The city is beautiful. I wish I could stay forever.
