I'm dumbfounded that this riad received such high praise on various booking sites. It's a low-budget dump with cold, unfriendly staff (except 1 delightful young man who always had a smile for us) inedible food, dark, tired rooms with a plastic "shower curtain" that didn't stop the tiny bathroom flooding. Power points were loose. Towels were like sandpaper. Yuk.

We stayed in Fez for 4 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Riad is beautiful with authentic Moroccan design and architecture. The owner, reception manager and all the staff made us very welcome and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We will come back

This riad has so much charm with its colourful decor and only a ten minute walk from the food market entrance to the Medina. All rooms are different and each has its own charm. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the roof top terrace. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. A wonderful experience in Fes!
