Hotel familiar muy excelentemente ubicado a pocos metros del mar. Cuenta con habitaciones con vista a jardines y el mar. Buen, y completo desayuno. Habitaciones confortables con un esplendido baño y mejor ducha. El personal es atento. Tuve un solo inconveniente, que tiene que ver con usos y costumbres. En Argentina usamos 2 sábanas, una arriba y otra abajo. En el hotel solo estaba la de abajo, y para tap**** había un acolchado un poco áspero, que no era cómodo. Si bien pedí que me faciliten la sábana de arriba nunca lo hicieron, pero esto no significa para nada que no haya disfrutado mi estancia allí y volvería sin dudarlo en otro viaje a Fethiye.

Resepsiyonda duran görevlilerde çok ilgililer Serkan bey ve diğer hanımefendi hep güleryüzlüler. Fethiye merkeze çok yakın yürüyerek heryere ulaşım sağlanıyor. Bizim odada mutfakta vardı tencere tava çatal bıçak falan hepsi mevcut çok memnun kaldık teşekkürler

So we stayed at the kilim hotel for 8 night and we really enjoyed our stay. It's family run, the staff are helpful and friendly. It is located exactly halfway between calis and fethiye old town, both about £3 in taxi each way (or you could walk). The breakfast in the morning was nice, coffee, tea, bread, butter,Jams, cheese, egg, cereal, and more. The outside area was really nice to socialise in and wasn't overcrowded. I would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a very reasonably priced hotel in the fethiye area.

We were escorted to the room, helped to carry our suitcases, although we did not ask. The rooms are clean, fresh, the furniture is good, the kitchen utensils are just right, there was even a toaster. 2 air conditioners - one in each room. Cleaned every 2 days. It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! The room is very small. Although the two of us, the luggage can not be opened at all, no place to put. If the family lives, it's really small. Basically lie down and go to bed without crowding. The toilet is slightly larger. And the sink is better than the second one. On the second night I changed to another room. On the second floor is a double room with pool view. The difference is that you can see the swimming pool by opening the balcony. The hotel's own swimming pool. This room is not very big but it is more comfortable than the first one. The only dissatisfaction is that the sink is too small and too small. Even if you brush your teeth and wash your face, it’s too small to wash your clothes. If you book this room, you can still live. On the first floor, you spent so much money living in a small hotel at 60.80 in China. These two rooms are only a few tens of dollars. The room was only 90 yuan in September. So probably measure it. The hotel is not big, just by the sea, the sea view is very good, but the beach is not all stones. There is still a long way from the city. The lobby on the first floor is a restaurant, because the reservation price is high, the price is not good. In the evening, there is singing and playing music in the restaurant next door to the downstairs, and it is impossible to sleep in the middle of the night...

Really well equipped & spotlessly clean apartment. A short walk to the promenade & beach. Their Ju Beach cafe on the promenade is great & good value for lunch(10% off for hotel guests). Directly in front of Ju Beach are the sun loungers for guests use(there are only about 20 & they are a mixture of reclining chairs & sunbeds) .we were in apartment 105 which is right by reception & to be honest we didn’t really have any privacy on our terrace as everyone has to go past it to get to reception & late night we heard people coming back to the hotel so not a good room if you are a light sleeper. The manager is lovely & very helpful (even bought us a couple of fruit platters during our stay). Problems in the room such as lack of hairdryer & no clothes airer were sorted very quickly.

We stayed 2 nights, awesome place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I didn't expect that kind hospitality, reminding our values we forgot. Definitely I'll come back again. Plus, Thanks a lot to Mr. Barış . Peymacun is legendary . Location is in the middle of everywhere lots of night clubs and restaurants are open during all night. You can visit Ölüdeniz, Kabak and Kayaköy with only one minibus. Also ATMs and markets so near. Thanks for everything

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I will book for the third time. It has an excellent location - it is far from the center, where music plays until three in the morning and it is impossible to sleep even with earplugs. However, it is very close to the ATM and all ATMs, pharmacies, shops and most importantly, there is a bus stop to the sea (10 minutes). The hotel is calm, it is more of a family hotel. Both times I found the rooms very clean, spacious and with all amenities. I didn't see any old or broken furniture. The food is good, but there is not much choice. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, plasma. Not all hotels in the area have this! Believe me, I lived in 10)) there are disadvantages - lack of Internet in the rooms. But he is at the reception. Unfortunately, everyone mostly sits on sofas, since there are not enough tables. If you go on vacation and don’t need to work from a laptop, then this inconvenience will not bother you. I recommend.

Since this was our first foreign trip together, I wanted our four nights here to be a special treat. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi suite with sea view was a major disappointment and downright waste of money. The balcony jacuzzi was unusable since the water was, at best, lukewarm, and the water pressure poor. However, the breathtaking view from our room was simply to die for. Unfortunately, that's what I almost did since the guardrail on the balcony had a bolt unfastened and shifted dangerously under my weight! Inside, the wallpaper was coming off the walls in several places but the ac worked well and the bed was comfy. The manager did his best to remedy the problems and even offered to move us to another suite which we declined since it was smaller and had a lesser view. And there lies the redeeming quality of this hotel. It's staff! Everyone from the restaurant manager to the activities director was geniunly friendly and helpful. No fake smiles or canned greetings. Despite the disappointment of paying for a jacuzzi that we couldn't use, the amazing view from our balcony and the wonderful staff made our stay at King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz truly memorable.
