O hotel foi remodelado este ano e melhorou em vários aspetos. Passou a incluir spa, piscina e ginásio. Os quartos também estão renovados e ficaram muito mais bonitos e confortáveis. A vista para o mar é excelente. Os empregados são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno-almoço e o jantar tipo buffet são muitos bons, incluindo várias opções, em especial as sobremesas que são sempre deleciosas. Recomendo a estadia neste hotel para quem não quer confusão e gosta de ficar bem localizado.

Very well located and with excellent service. All the staff I came across were perfectly customer-oriented. It is close to almost everything, within walking distance. There is no parking and the breakfast is good but not very varied.

A hotel below expectations. The rooms and bathroom were not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. Although they mention that a coffee machine is available in the room, you actually have to request it and they bring you a Nespresso in your room with the requested pods at a cost of 1 euro each. Parking on the street must be paid at the machine every day and you have to be careful because the traffic police pass by regularly. The breakfast buffet and the very kind staff are good. The location is good as it is in front of the sea but the air conditioning motors on the terrace cannot be seen…

The renovation has fallen short and has made something worse. It maintains problems in the room such as: - The unpleasant sound of the sofa every time you sit or move in bed, a sign that they are still the same. - Interior door does not close and squeaks when trying to close it. - Bad location of the plugs, under the tables that require them to be removed if you want to charge your cell phone. It has gotten worse in that: - Before the coffee maker in the room was free and now you have to request it and it has a cost per consumption. - Coffee at breakfast (buffet) was previously self-service (which is usually a buffet) and is now served at the table. Since the waiters barely pass by the tables, you'll have to settle for a coffee, possibly consuming less of everything else. This, together with the fact that the presentation of the products to be picked is "minimalist", lest you get discouraged, there is a clear desire for you to take care of what you eat, lest you gain too much weight during your stay. The location of the hotel could be improved since, although it is on the beachfront, it lacks its own parking and is in the town hall's regulated parking area, which, at the very least, is a nuisance having to keep an eye out so you don't get fined. Another thing that is becoming fashionable are the tourist taxes charged by the Figueira city council. It's not the hotel's fault, but it seems unpresentable to me. At least this one makes it clear at the time of booking, not like others that omit it and you find it at check-in. I don't want to give the impression that it is a bad hotel, but we stayed there in the hope that it would have improved the gross flaws it had and the disappointment is evident.

Wonderful stay in the best location in Figueira da Foz with excellent views of the Atlantic. Newly renovated hotel with the usual employees. The restaurant offering is varied and cheap, in addition to creating a terrace to watch the sunsets.

Reservei neste hotel a prenda de oferta aos meus pais de 40 anos de casados. Só posso dizer que foi maravilhoso, prestaram um serviço personalizado, tal como tinha sugerido, proporcionando uma estadia inesquecível. O jantar foi ótimo, com imensa variedade.
