Rooms are clean, people are kind, and hotel overall is upscale! The service was wonderful and the restaurant staff was top-notch! Plus - the bed was soooo comfy.

The Hancock is awesome, providing clean rooms and nice accommodations. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Rachel at Mancy’s steak house, Hollace at the front desk, and Peyton at valet are customer service personified! These individuals are professionals providing service with a smile and great conversation. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

Great stay at the Hancock for a business trip. Love the beds, very comfortable. Other nice features include the shower, quiet to close doors, great air conditioning.

Older property with quaint details. Absolutely loved my stay. Don't expect brand new but it was wonderful.

Very clean hotel, maids made up room every day. Mancy’s restaurant is very handy although odd it’s not open for Sunday dinner. Very quiet.
