Seaside Holiday Resort

Great place to stay opposite Fingal beach. Units are well maintained with everything you need in them. Staff are excellent; nothing is ever too much trouble. Have stayed here numerous times and is always the same. Lots of local beaches to walk somewhere different every day. Nelson Bay is not far either.

I found the accomodation clean, comfortable & had all that was required for self contained units although I did have trouble working the microwave not as simple as I would have liked but that can happen at any accomodation. The staff were pleasant & made you feel welcome. We loved sitting on the verandah & relaxing plus you didn't feel like you were sitting on top of neighbours. It is across the road from a cafe, surf club & the beach., I also considered it to be fairly quiet.

We had a family Christmas in July and rented 8 units. We stayed in comfortable, well appointed units that were all close together. We enjoyed the outside BBQ areas and warm pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds beautifully kept. The beach across the road and it was a wonderful time with many happy memories.

Our family gathering had 3 ground floor units and we could not fault a thing - spotlessly clean good sized units, well fitted out kitchens and very comfortable beds and pillows. Five stars for the heated pool and BBQ areas! Our toddlers loved the kids playground. Perfect location across road from the beach/ cafe. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the staff .

Hidden Gem ! What a fantastic place to stay at .6 Ladies we were going to a wedding across the road at Salt and booked our weekend accommodation here .We booked the 3 bedroom unit and it was superb .Newly renovated it was spotless comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen .The staff are wonderful very friendly and extremely helpful .A discounted rate is applicable with membership of the Fingal Bay sports club which makes for unbelievable value for money .

Excellent location right opposite the beach, a cafe and a restaurant. A small supermarket and bottle shop are close. The rooms are large and the beds extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was provided to enable us to self cater. We were given very helpful information on the local area.

Very clean, well appointed units. Very friendly, helpful Staff. Good value accommodation. Shops, cafes, all close by. Highly recommend this seaside location.

No complaints at all everything was great. However I would like two make a suggestion's. Firstly the washing up capsules are rather difficult to open. The swimming pool the steps are too high , and rather difficult for elderly seniors to get in and out of the pool. We will definatly stay there again.

Loving the Port Stephens area, we have been holidaying there for over 45 years and have stayed at various (some very expensive) establishments. We've also watched the bay area grow and thrive. It's very easy to drive around. Nothing is too far away, with Newcastle only 1 hour away. Our recent stay at Seaside Holiday Resort Fingal Bay was fabulous and truly excellent value. Fresh, clean, comfortable, self-contained accommodation, excellent facilities (great for children) with everything we needed. Thankfully, linen was provided. Happy, obliging staff keeping the resort beautifully presented. Fingal Bay Surf Beach and Club House opposite. Calmer waters of Shoal Bay and Little Beach are a short drive away, as are Dutchies and Colette beaches. Easy walking/bike tracks opposite the resort and beyond. Nelson Bay Woolworths is great these days for groceries. As are Aldi and Woolworths in Salamander Bay. Lots of good cafes, clubs and restaurants about the area. Basically, it's just a superb holiday destination whatever your age, especially staying in Fingal Bay at Seaside Holiday Resort! This excellent resort is now our official "go-to" holiday spot in The Bay. We'll definitely be rebooking again soon!
