Shinoj,amina,shams -their service was good & was satisfactory. Their approch to guest was so pleasentfull &way the food was served was great. The hotel staff’s service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who handled my reservation swiftly and provided a detailed overview of the hotel amenities. They were incredibly professional yet personable, which made for a welcoming first impression.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The entire hotel staff were very courteous and supportive. Room service was prompt and clean. Food was excellent, kudos to the Cheff Mr.Binu Joseph. Will definitely visit again next time when at Kuwait. Thanks to entire Safir fintas team.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable stay at Safir Fintas Hotel in Kuwait. The staff provided excellent service, and we really enjoyed the swimming pool with sea view and yummy breakfast. Our studio was spacious and perfect for our family. They have youtube installed in their TV which I really appreciate. Booking directly with the hotel gave us the benefit of a flexible checkout until 3 pm, which was very convenient since my husband was at a conference, and we needed extra time before leaving. Special thanks to the reception team Yuden, Sanita, Ahmed, Jovelyn, and Melinda and also Bijoy and Kishan for their outstanding service. We truly appreciated everything and had a great experience!

Amazing clean place with great food and AMAZING staff, great place to forget the city’s fast pace and get away without driving too much , again the staff are always kind and helpful and the value for money you take there is really impressive with great areas around the hotel
