This place should be demolished. It is an overpriced motel and the customer service is terrible. Leadership (most notably Jacob W.) is incompetent, so don't expect your concerns to be addressed.

" I got the 2 -room trio because I needed extra space and I love having a kitchen . The room was super clean and smelled great. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughoutmy stay. I specially appreciated how attentive they were. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety- a great way to start the day. I highly recommend this place!"

Great quality for your money. This was a Super clean, nice hotel in a good area. I would definitely recommend staying here again. Close to a Walmart and great diner.

To the Hyatt House Fishkill Team – In February, I learned I would need a double mastectomy. As a family, we knew I’d need a quiet, restful space to heal, something nearly impossible at home with six dogs and family living with us! So, I started searching for a “home away from home” nearby.
 I called every extended-stay hotel in Fishkill that offered a one-bedroom suite with a kitchen. I had a very specific vision: a space where my wife could relax in the living room while I rested in the bedroom. I asked a lot of questions — and one hotel stood out from the rest: Hyatt House Fishkill. Not just because of the amenities, but because of Jennifer. I must’ve called her six times to confirm details. She never sounded annoyed or rushed — only kind, patient, and compassionate. She understood I would be recovering from surgery and treated me with such care that the choice became clear: Hyatt House it is. We booked for Sunday, May 11th and on Monday, May 12th headed off to the hospital. After just 23 hours, I was discharged, and we returned to the hotel. We ended up staying until Friday, May 30th. Now, a few days later, I want to share our deepest gratitude with the entire staff: housekeeping, front desk, kitchen, maintenance, everyone. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Breakfast was not only delicious, but part of our healing routine. Each morning, Deb and I made coffee in the room, then headed down to enjoy eggs, pancakes, sausage or bacon, waffles, oatmeal (my favorite), fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, everything we could have hoped for.
 Living just five minutes away made it easy to bring our grandson for an overnight. Deb took him swimming in the pool while I watched with joy. He saw me healing, smiling, and laughing. For a child, that’s everything. Friends and family came to visit, bringing dinner and love, and there was plenty of space in the living room to watch a movie and just be together. Several staff members truly made our stay unforgettable: * Avery – Always welcoming the day with her bright smile and vibrant energy. * Jennifer – Kind, thorough, and full of heart. She made everything easy from the very first call. * Rosario – Checked on me every day with such genuine care and made sure we always had clean towels. * Elizabeth – Helped extend our stay and fixed a mistake I’d made with no fuss. * Chris – The first face we saw when we checked in. He placed us in a ground-floor room, which made everything easier.
 There are so many others whose names I didn’t catch — but every single person made us feel safe, seen, and supported. We’ll be back soon with our grandson for a little “staycation” with movies, swimming, and more memory-making. Everything has become more expensive, but I was sad to find one of our previously favorite places to have gone down in quality while going up in price. Not as much bang for your buck as it used to be. The beds were too hard for me to be comfortable, and we received adjoining rooms vs. a 2 suite room for our family. While I understand, I don't think getting this for our family should have been the same price as what we paid, especially having made reservations in advance. Sad. Not sure we'll stay there from now on.
