Ce que nous avons apprécié : L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Fis et bénéficie de places de parking. Notre chambre était confortable et bénéficiait d'une superbe terrasse . La piscine (côté famille) est agréable bien qu'un peu petite selon l'affluence. Petit déjeuner très bien. Délicieux Kaiserschamrn maison au gouter (1x par semaine) Ce que nous regrettons : Le service au restaurant est très loin des standards habituels en Autriche. Il y avait en tout et pour tout une seule serveuse qualifiée, les autres semblaient débute dans la profession. Tous les soirs au dîner, on ne cesse de vous presser pour finir le repas au plus vite (très désagréable). Carafe d'eau payante à table. Patronne désagréable sans aucun effort pour communiquer. Personnel de salle non qualifié.

liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit. Wir kommen jedes Jahr sehr gerne wieder. Der Kinderspielplatz und der wunderschöne Wolfsee sind in unmitelbarer Nähe und zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Wir lieben es.

Schon wenn man ankommt, genieße ich die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Mit Liebe dekoriert! Ein herzlicher Empfang und der Urlaub kann beginnen. Die Zimmer sehr schön und gemütlich, die Betten kuschelig :) Sterneküche beginnt beim Frühstück, weiter am Nachmittag mit selbstgenackenen Kuchen, bei Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse. Das Abendessen ist jeden Tag ein einziger Genuss mit Stern, Der Service sehr herzlich und gut gelaunt. Wir waren zum 3ten Mal im Chesa Monte und kommen sicher wieder. PS … und unbedingt in den Wellnessbereich gehen :D

We spent one week hiking with good friends, in this beautiful landscape. The hotel was wonderful, nice staff and great food. Big rooms and comfortable beds. The perfect ingredients for a good vacation. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Lovely hotel with good atmosphere. Extremely good service, they were very helpful , friendly and nice. The best food I have had in hotels. The hotel is in good location, and we had nice view from the room. The hikes that the hotel offered were great. Very good and nice spa. Hotel Chesa Monte is the best hotel I have ever been to. Sehr schönes Hotel. Sauber, sehr nettes Personal, super Wellnessbereich. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Super Frühstück und Essen, was keine Wünsche offen lies. Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wonderful hotel and friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent and the surrounding so beautiful. Our room had a great view from our balcony. We were a group of friends from Iceland traveling together We hiked in the mountains and loved it.

The hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I will for sure book this hotel again. The rooms are good, there is a wellness area and possibility to book a massage after a long day hiking or biking. Want to be here during the winter next time to experience the skiing season.
