Super Hotel, sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichnetes Essen. Stilvolles und österreichisch authentisches Ambiente. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Klasse Außenpool und ein Saunabereich zum Entspannen. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Wir hatten die ganze Zeit das Gefühl zu stören. Restaurant, Bar, Terrasse waren die meiste Zeit verwaist. Lediglich die Eigentümer nutzen die Terrasse für eine Zusammenkunft. Der Internetauftritt und auch Instagram suggerieren eine umfangreiche Speisekarte, tolles Frühstück.. Dem ist nicht so. Die Autobahn ist sehr deutlich hörbar. Unsere Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, aber perfekt gereinigt.

Appartement geboekt op basis van halfpension. Bevestiging gekregen. Drie dagen voor aankomst kregen we een mail dat de prijs niet klopte, er was een fout gemaakt. De prijs was niet voor halfpension maar alleen voor het appartement, dus geen ontbijt en diner. Maar we hadden toch een bevestiging gekregen? Dus weer gemaild dat dat niet onze fout was maar de fout van het hotel. En dat ik er eigenlijk van uit ga dat we toch voor de prijs die afgesproken was, konden komen. Echter de mail die volgde was ronduit onbeschoft. De eigenaresse schreef dat er met mij niet te praten was en ze heeft ons verblijf geannuleerd……. Onze zoon heeft meteen gebeld naar het hotel en zoon antwoordde dat zijn moeder met 10 min er weer zou zijn. Dus toen weer gebeld en eigenaresse was er niet en zou er ook niet meer komen. Voor ons was het duidelijk, ze wilde niet met ons praten! Met andere woorden, zij maken fouten en willen je voor extra kosten laten opdraaien zodat je het eigenlijk wel moet accepteren omdat het nog kort dag is voor vertrek. Dus voor ons nooit weer hotel Bergzeit!
