Clean and comfortable room, a little small, but it was a single room. Good value for money. Quiet environment which I appreciated, as a business traveller. Good location not far from the M3. Polite front desk staff. The only negative is that, like many hotels, weekend breakfast does not start until eight which means no breakfast for me as I have to leave for work at around eight. Wish hotels in this situation would provide a coffee and croissant/Continental option for guests who have to leave earlier.

Nice Hotel, staff are amazing and very friendly. In particular Emma on our first day and then Joshua, Adam, Lily and Neif. The food was plentiful and good and although the weather was poor whilst there when my wife asked for a room heater as she was cold, the Hotel put on the heating system, a nice gesture. With better weather would have liked to use garden but maybe next time.

This is such a beautiful building, with all the features you would expect from an older establishment. It has an excellent location within walking distance to town. Food is delicious and varied. However, the real excellence is the dedication, hard work and attention to detail that every single member of staff take to make you as welcome and comfortable as possible. Everyone we encountered was ready with a smile. On a personal note, The Lismoyne have just hosted our wedding and we couldn't be happier. They accommodated our requests without hesitation and easily made this an amazing experience, for both us and all of our guests. Big thanks to one and all but especially Kim and Sheila.

I have been staying at the Lismoyne now, when I am in the area, from over 10 years and always enjoyed my nights there. The main hotel is quite quirked with each of the rooms in the main house being very different in both size layout and styling so each time it’s like rolling a dice as to what you get. The bar is well stocked and the buffet breakfast is the best way to start the day. Forget the boring bland chain hotels and instead I braise the individuality the Lismoyne has to offer. Here’s to many more wonderful visits !

The hotel is tired & needs refurbishing & it was quite expensive considering this.
The staff were good. The breakfast was ok.

Returned to the Lismoyne hotel for afternoon tea. This time it was excellent. We would like to mention Emma, she looked after us and gave excellent customer service. Any issues just speak to the hotel as they deal with them immediately. Would recommend

Very welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed lovely spacious room. Weather was hot had the comfort of a fan in room all you need in room tea making facilities bottled water mini fridge iron comfortable seats relaxing surroundings. Great fish & chips served in garden Good variety of drinks in bar.Housekeeping every day Had a lovely relaxing stay for the weekend Thank You all at Lismoyne Hotel x

Stayed the night, wowcher deal which was really great value. 2 course dinner, bottle of prosecco, breakfast & late checkout. Staff were so lovely, welcoming & genuinely interested in making everything perfect. Room was slightly dated but spacious & had everything you needed from a safe, tv, iron & board, fan. Comfy bed. Bar prices were very reasonable. Food at dinner was great & breakfast was amazing. Would definitely visit again
