Small and succince facilities and room. Nothing to pose

The Villas Caroline is a hotel to feel good! My friend and I spent 2 weeks here. It is very centrally located, there are many restaurants in the area (Mauritian cuisine, Italian, Indian,…). We only booked breakfast, which was very extensive (crêpes, bread, fruit, muesli, omelette,…).
What we liked best was the phenomenal view from our room (room 345). All rooms have sea views and a terrace or balcony.
Problems with the room were resolved immediately.
We will definitely come back!
The following points were also positive:
- very friendly staff
- Reef for snorkeling directly in the sea of the hotel beach
- Loungers at the beach and pool
- Pool
- varied animation, as well as a pool table
- Possibility to book various tours at the hotel
- Possibility to rent a car (€33 per day)

Nous revenons d'un deuxième séjour aux villas Caroline et nous avons encore bien aimé. Merci à toute l'équipe Fram (Andy, Synthia, Hope) pour leur gentillesse et bonne humeur. Personnel très souriant, avenant, aux petits soins pour leur clientèle. Nous avons pu avoir nos chambres de l'an passé, un immense merci. Par contre, petit bémol le tout inclus ne fonctionne qu'à partir de 14 h à l'arrivée et s'arrête à 14 h le jour du départ...aussi, si vous arrivez par un vol du matin, vous serez obligés soit d'aller manger à l'extérieur ou soit manger à l'hôtel et payer le supplément. Petit bémol aussi, début novembre, beaucoup de clientèle allemande qui ne vous dit même pas bonjour et qui se permet de faire comme en Espagne ou dans le sud de la France, c'est à dire de déposer sa serviette sur le transat et ne pas venir une grande partie de la journée et cela nous n'avons pas aimé !! L'an passé, nous étions venus mi novembre et n'avions pas rencontré ce problème ! Aussi si nous revenons dans cet hôtel, nous éviterons cette période "d'invasion" allemande qui enlève beaucoup de convivialité à cet hôtel !! En tout cas, nous recommandons absolument cet hôtel charmant à taille humaine !

Nous rentrons de 10 jours dans cet hôtel que du bonheur, familial et calme, très bien situé sur la côte qu'il est agréable de se lever avec vue sur la mer et faire 100 pas pour avoir les pieds dans l'eau, plage magnifique avec poissons visibles à l'oeil nu, par contre il est préférable de mettre des chaussons pour aller se baigner les animateurs et tout le personnel sont d'une gentillesse irréprochable et très avenants un grand merci aussi à Samy, personne très humaine et chaleureuse, nous a donné que de bons conseils durant notre séjour et grâce à lui nous avons fait de magnifiques excursions à prix plus que corrects nous espérons pouvoir y retourner

Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Hotel. Die Lage ist toll. Die Zimmer sind schön. Das Personal ist bemüht . Leider gibt es einige Schwachpunkte. Sehr negative ist die Unfreundlichkeit an der Rezeption. Hervorzuheben sind da die beiden Männer. Der zweite Schwachpunkt ist die Küche. Das Abendessen war einem Hotel nicht würdig.

Excellent séjour les équipes qui accueillent très sympathiques et à l’écoute L’équipe d’animateurs alors là très dynamique et d’une gentillesse… nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de notre hôtel,face à l’océan les pieds presque dans l’eau c’était magique et les couchers de soleil trop beaux Pour les repas tout était excellent et varié Nous gardons un souvenir extraordinaire de nos vacances Merci Andy et ton équipe d’animation vous avez contribué à laisser un souvenir à tout le monde Les villas Caroline je recommande

J’ai vécu les meilleurs vacances de ma vie, l’équipe est au top Andy a créé une superbe famille, Cédric a un sourire ravissant qui illumine nos journées. Hope est chaleureuse et joue très bien à la pétanque. Une équipe au top toujours là pour nous faire sourire et nous animer tout au long des vacances !!! Super séjour hôtel parfait restaurant idem seul bémol une équipe d animation pas au top mériterai d être plus encadré voir remplacer copier coller chaque jour et vraiment peu professionnel pour un hotel de cette gamme. Remplacement à prevoir de toute urgence le présentateur des soirées qui a plus sa place au club enfants qu en animateur de soirée !!! Sinon personnelle réception, serveurs et barman plus qu au top d une gentillesse exemplaire !!!
