We reserved and paid for a "King bed" room. when making the reservation. We did get a King room BUT it was for someone with a disability. We were not told that upon arrival. Since it was late evening, we did not question. While the room would be accommodating for someone with a disability, it was not at all for us! The breakfast was poor and not worth the room rate. We won't be reserving at Fairfield again.

The room is lovely—the AC is perfect, and it was just enough light. Nice to hide in after a work day, and before another one. It was immaculately clean, as well. The breakfast, however, left much to be desired. Like protein. No sausage, no bacon, no ham, no egg. Waffle was fine, but it wasn’t what I wanted.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room that fit my family of 6 (4 teenagers). Close proximity to everything we wanted to see. Breakfast was good. Only suggestion is they need more help to keep up with the breakfast time.

Lumpy bed that sleeps hot. Very limited healthy choices at breakfast (only fruit). No gluten free protein options - only prepackaged egg and cheese sandwiches and a lot of carb-rich cereals and pastries. You’d think some hard boiled eggs would at least be offered. Hotel seemed fairly clean, but the in-room coffee supply had not been replenished and trash not emptied.

The basics were not supplied. It was a moment that actually should have dented payment through of visa. The front check in was great. Completely finishing the service with what is advertised was not done. My husband spoke to the front desk person and many excuses were given. And they didn’t make sense. Many items not supplied.

Thank you for an amazing stay! The room was large and spotless! The digital check in and room key are amazing technology. The breakfast was very well done. The staff worked very hard to keep the food line stocked. We have family in the area; this is now or go-to hotel for all of our trips to the area. PS - the blackout curtains were icing on the cake!
