Close to train station

A great hotel. The overall style of the hotel is Italian classical retro style. The service of the hotel is also very good. The location is very good. It is very close to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. It only takes 7-10 minutes to walk. You can see the city through the window at night. The night view has a unique flavor

This hotel is in a good location and is great for sightseeing. However, it is strongly recommended not to stay if you have large suitcases! Don't stay! ! The internal stairs are exhausting to climb! ! ! The hotel is very old. Although it is clean, it smells bad. If you mind, don't go there! And the front desk charges 14 euros for booking a taxi. I cried and couldn't explain anything clearly.

The location is 6 minutes from the station, and the view of the square from the room is very pretty. I left my luggage before checking in and went to Pisa. All my luggage was in the room and all the staff were friendly. The breakfast croissants and fruit were delicious, and the staff came and asked for the coffee. They would bring it to you if you asked for it. When I first saw the hotel photos, I thought the bedding was a bit old-fashioned, but it wasn't at all. The bedding was of high quality, as if it was from the Renaissance era. The bathroom is also very nice. Major tourist attractions, including the cathedral, were within a 10-minute walk!! This is the most satisfying hotel in this trip to Europe. It has an excellent location and excellent service. Every detail of the hotel shows elegance and taste. The beauty accumulated over time. I want to come back if I have the opportunity!

Not bad, European hotels all have small beds

The price/performance ratio is super high. The room is large and beautiful. It is very close to the train station and major attractions. The bar on the rooftop is very suitable for a drink after you come back at night. The only downside is that the staff is not enthusiastic enough

The hotel service is very good, worth the price. But be aware that the hotel itself has a bar, so if the room is directly above, it will be noisy. I'm used to resting and it's fine. The nearby restaurants introduced are great! Luggage storage is free, and it only takes 6-7 minutes to walk to the train station.

this is our favorite hotel in Florence. The rooms are beautiful, it’s very conveniently located, the breakfast is fantastic, and the agents are incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Florence.

This is the best hotel we stayed during our Italy trip. The family room is perfect. Hotel staff is very welcoming. I love the fresh flowers and the decor of the hotel. Location is close to everything.
