Although this hotel is 4-star, it was cheaper than I thought and good for single person. Staff at reception was very kind and nice, and it's convenient that reception is open for 24hours.

The hotel is located close to the train station. It is clean and cost-effective. However, the room facilities are simple and cannot reach 3 stars, let alone 4 stars. I don't know why the 4-star review is misleading.

The room is fully equipped and the bathroom space is a bit narrow, but it's not bad for this price range. The transportation is convenient. It's very close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk away. It is also very convenient to go to the Old Bridge, just walk. Breakfast is rich

Everything was perfect, the only downside was that the heating didn't work and it was a little cold, but otherwise everything was fine!

The price/performance ratio is relatively good and suitable for all types of travel. The breakfast at the hotel is also quite rich. The facilities are generally clean and new. I may choose to stay again. This time I am traveling.

On the plus side, it is close to the train station (10 minute walk), it's a relative modern hotel with staffed reception area, great breakfast, two elevators, room was basic but comfortable, large bathroom. My main complaint was that the A/C was NOT working, when I complained, I was told hotel was full, so I couldn't change room. Their solution was to send up a fan. Luckyly we went in early May so weather was still cool, our room was over looking the inside patio, we had to sleep with the window open, so we didn't have a noise issue. But a/c not working is unacceptable! Major attraction were within walking distance (15-20) minutes, we are in mid 60's so took a rest halfway. We always sat at the Piazza di Santa Maria Novella which is a beautiful plaza! We has a couple of meals at the local pizzeria/Osteria MASO, a 2 minute walk, reasonable prices, good food, great service. Average price for 4 night stay, including IVA tax, but not the mandatory city tax was $ 180 a night, including breakfast.

Booked this hotel thinking we would be staying in a 4 star hotel that was lovely based on the photos. But this was not the case at all, it felt much more like a hostel. Very very small rooms, didn’t feel clean and was very dark. We decided not to stay here and went to find a new hotel. When leaving we were offered to see another room. However given that this was our honeymoon we didn’t feel we would see a nicer room at the same rate. Photos - (Towels were on the rails)

The Breakfast is wonderfufl. The access to all places easy. There are problems with security in Firenze and in the neighbourhood It is a pity and not the fault of the hotel Firenze is beautiful

The room was pleasant and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was full of aroma. Also the view from the room was beautiful. Close to all the attractions in the city centre

Very nice location. But very noizy, could heat everything from room next door and the street. Bed not that great either.

The front of house staff(Victoria) was exceptional. No coffee/ teas in the rooms. Breakfast is 7:00, so no option for coffee. Nothing in the area opens before 7:00.

we've stayed in a double room for two nights in palazzo ognissanti, the room was very clean and well decorated with a lovely balcony outside the door and for these reasons I can still smell and feel the lovely historical vibe of Florence, the breakfast menu was complete and the staff and receptionists were kind and helpful, they give me the mobile converter which I needed the most also give me a useful information about renting bikes, the location of the hotel was perfect and very near to most of the historical attractions, just one inconvenient thing: the noise of engine room which was very near to double rooms and because of that we couldn't sleep well.

Highly recommended, excellent service and very clean. Tasty breakfast is included. Good location.
