Very good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the typical Italian enthusiastic uncle Francesco, each check-in will give a bottle of wine. There is also a big dog Laobo? Very well behaved and quiet. The living room is decorated in an obvious Italian family style, with free snacks and free drinks.
The apartment is by the river, the location is very good, the house is a bit old, but it has a feel, and the people inside are very polite.
The room has a high ceiling and is very old-fashioned. The key point is that there is a balcony, which is very comfortable.

Lovely host and lovely suite right on the Arno. Very quiet, clean, comfortable. Rooms are pretty, not pseudo-modern-sterile. The host, Francesco, is very kind. We will definitely try to stay here again

The location is great. You can watch the sunset over the city, the river, and the people passing by from your private balcony along the river. You can spend the best sunset in peace. The owner's thoughtfulness is also appreciated. I had a hard time figuring out how to get in, but I think this is a great hotel.

The view from the room with a balcony is as beautiful as advertised. It is worth paying extra for it. The hotel is super central, in a lovely and safe location. The amenities were great and the host was very generous with snacks and drinks. The puppy co-host is adorable. Highly recommended, cannot wait to come back.

I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. The view from the room is gorgeous and it's is also very nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt I'm at home and not in a hotel!
The location is also very central so it's easy to walk everywhere
