Great room in a nice building close to transport - tram. Or 25 minute walk to the main railway station. Lovely attentive staff and a great choice for breakfast too. However if you have a room on the street side it can be noisy in the evenings and you can hear others walk up and down the stairs as they head out or down to breakfast.

The room and bathroom are big. There is a delicious Italian restaurant nearby which is also very cheap. It is very close to the subway and the breakfast is also great.

A great stay in a fine hotel the room was spotless and in a great quiet location . The breakfast was quality. The hotel is close to a tram stop which will take you to Florence city centre. But if you want to walk it's about 1 km. A great stay in a fine hotel and city recommended

Relais Stibbert was just a 5 minute walk to the Tram line that took you right into the heart of Florence within 15 minutes which was perfect for us. The B&B is a gorgeous old building with all original features including the amazing tall windows and shutters, high ceilings, not to mention the marble floors through the property and white marble staircase. We received a very warm welcome from Angjelin and Alda on our arrival. The breakfast was superb serving up cooked breakfast as well as cereal, fruit and cold meats as well as many different pastries and breads. No request was too much so all in all my husband and I had a wonderful stay and should we ever venture back to Florence we will surely look up Relais Stibbert once again. Thank you for a lovely stay and ambience in Florence.

We had a very pleasant stay at Relais Firenze Stibbert, thanks to the kind and helpful staff, a room with a balcony overlooking the backyard, and its location in a lovely and safe neighborhood.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful rooms, excellent service and exceptional attention to detail. Would definitely stay there again.

Area is quiet, and only a few minutes by tram away from the city centre. Room was very clean, spacious, airy, modern, and well designed. Mini bar prices were comparable to normal retail prices. Room had air conditioner, flyscreen, mosquito repellent, and a mosquito racquet (essential features for a Mediterranean country!). Mattress was extremely comfortable, good number of plug sockets available, and sofa and large screen TV also in the room. Service was excellent, and breakfast selection was very varied (buffet style) and included sausages, bacon, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, and pastries. The main desk was manned by Daria, who was very attentive, helpful, and considerate. We stayed for 4 nights, and were very happy with our choice!

We very much enjoyed our 4 night stay at Relais Stibbert it was more than we expected for the price paid. The room was large and spotlessly cleaned every day. The bed was large and very comfortable and no outside noise to disturb us. A fabulous and very varied buffet breakfast included in the price set us up for the day. The staff were polite friendly and helpful and arranged for an early breakfast for us on the day of departure. The location is excellent for easy access to all transport and close to some very good restaurants. Would certainly recommend it to anyone and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. Mary and Paul

The location is very close to the city centre which is easily accessible by foot. The room was nice and clean with a big bed. The decoration of the place was spot on, and the staff/hosts were really nice and friendly. I choose to have an option of a paid parking, and the host parked the car for me and brought it in front of the hotel when I was leaving with a perfect timing.

Good location just off the tram stop which is really handy. Friendly and welcoming hosts, nice rooms with comfortable beds, good facilities and a good choice for breakfast if you add it to your room. Would recommend and stay again happily. 😀

We stayed at Relais Stibbert for a few nights during may 2024 and we were extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful our room was spacious and clean and there was a good selection at breakfast. The tram stop is close but we chose to walk into the centre of Florence which takes 25 mins.

A very warm welcome, a good sized ensuite room, reasonable price, and a comfortable bed. Very handily situated for the tram which was only 4 stops from SMN station in the city centre. The whole place was very clean, with lovely design touches everywhere, and there was even a Sky feed with multilingual facility enabling you to keep up with the news, films/TV series in the original language, while getting ready or returning from exploring the city.

Calm and nice location, near the tramway. Very clean. Many useful exchanges before we arrived and very welcome. The touristic indications they give us were very useful, especially for the public transport use. There is a nice pizzeria just 20m near the Relais, and it's very recomandable.
