Staff are very friendly and breakfasts were very good

The owners of the hotel really show what hospitable means. U will not regret staying there. Within walking distance to station, nearest being Rosselli. Santa Maria Novella is less than 10mins away. Breakfast was good as well.

Good value, easy to walk to the train station. Never could get the wi-fi to work though. Betta was helpful and very friendly giving me advice on where to go/ eat.

The location is very good with close access to transport. Breakfast is excellent and the owners and staff could not be more helpful. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Thank you Elisabeta and staff for providing us with a very enjoyable stay; I am sure the majority of your guests will agree with me.

This hotel is so bad. I didn’t expect it to be so expensive and so bad. I stayed in a shabby little hotel for more than 1,700 yuan a night. It’s so bad that I can’t describe it. The picture is too different from the real thing, serious complaint.

The room is not big but it's ok, the bed is not that small, it's soft. The key is that it's really close to the old city center... The breakfast is also good!

A few minutes away from the train station and Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral.

The landlady is learning Chinese and has been trying to communicate with us in Chinese. She is very cute☺️The room is small but very clean and the breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended~
