Decent location right next to the station, across the bridge. The room was clean and tidy.

Easy to walk in city but small room

The owners of the hotel really show what hospitable means. U will not regret staying there. Within walking distance to station, nearest being Rosselli. Santa Maria Novella is less than 10mins away. Breakfast was good as well.

Good value, easy to walk to the train station. Never could get the wi-fi to work though. Betta was helpful and very friendly giving me advice on where to go/ eat.

The location is very good with close access to transport. Breakfast is excellent and the owners and staff could not be more helpful. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. Thank you Elisabeta and staff for providing us with a very enjoyable stay; I am sure the majority of your guests will agree with me.

The room is clean and tidy, with high space and windows for ventilation. The location can be said to be very convenient, but it is facing the street and there is some noise from traffic at night.

The room facilities and breakfast are good, but the soundproofing in the room is very poor. You can hear the conversation in the next room and the sound of the door opening and closing outside. Those who focus on sleep should pay attention⚠️

Okay..in many ways

I thought the room was small, but it was actually quite good. The breakfast was quite rich, which was quite good for a three-star hotel. The transportation was also very convenient, and there was the Rome Opera House nearby, so you could book tickets early.

Have you seen the guesthouses in the 1980s? The kind that only people with a marriage certificate and a letter of introduction could stay in. This is a guesthouse next to the railway tracks, run by Indians. The breakfast is very bad. Don't convert the price into RMB and then compare it with Chinese hotels of the same price, or you will be upset... I don't recommend it at all!

The hotel is located next to the railway station. For those who travel by train, this is incredibly convenient. All attractions are within walking distance. There is no noise from the trains. I am very pleased, I can recommend

This hotel is so bad. I didn’t expect it to be so expensive and so bad. I stayed in a shabby little hotel for more than 1,700 yuan a night. It’s so bad that I can’t describe it. The picture is too different from the real thing, serious complaint.

The reception staff were very polite and friendly.
