Great location and friendly staff. We didn’t notice that we booked shared bathroom. That was honestly our mistake, but when we asked to switch room to one with a private bathroom they were super helpful. The hotel is shabby, and not very nice, visually, inside. But great location.

En front desk fueron súper amables, nos ayudaron en todo momento, excelente servicio! Quedamos encantadas, buena ubicación y muchos lugares para comer cerca. Lo único que no nos percatamos antes de realizar la reservación es que el baño es compartido con todo el piso, bueno a considerar.

I liked that the room and bathroom were clean and the place is quiet to rest. But I definitely would not consider this place as a hotel, as there is no customer service at all. You only have one front desk staff from 9 am to 5 pm, so if you need anything after those hours, you are on your own. The hallways, stairs and whole place were very dark, the elevator old and if something were to happen to you, there is no one to reach or call. I didn't like the experience here at all, and I wouldn't repeat it again nor would recommend it.

En este hotel se reservaron dos habitaciones y una la del primer piso estuvo horrible. Sin luz en el pasillo para entrar, junta a una cocina y una estancia sin usar. La habitación era si de guardan sus herramientas pues atrás del espejo estaban. Se cobró igual que la otra habitación y no fue lo mismo que se ofreció. Muy decepcionada!!

By far the worst hotel, I’ve stayed in so far.
This hotel is great if you love an uncomfortable bed, A door with absolutely no isolation, black mould in the bathroom and a lot of stairs.
You could hear basically everything going on outside the closed and locked door. Each time other guests past our room the corridor light would turn on making our whole hotel room light up as well.
The only positive thing with this hotel was the location and the very friendly neighbours living a floor above the hotel.

Room was perfect for my family of four. Staff was very pleasant. Easy to access and had a small lift so we didn't have to carry our luggage up the stairs, which is always a plus!

It’s a beautiful ancient building
Big rooms and very clean.
Only concern was shared bathroom
Some guest don’t understand how that concept works and that became annoying sometimes
