We stayed at the waterfall house. The location was amazing and beautiful the house was cute and historical. Pros- view above all else! walkable to everything, clean, responsive host, nicely furnished. Cons - only 2 bath towels for 5 days, needs more comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the view- no lounge chairs or cushions, BBQ area neglected, no freezer or paper towels. There's a cool path in the back with an old mill wheel that would be great if it was maintained - too overgrown to be used.

We stayed in two apartments they have in Santa Cruz das Flores. Both are clean and in good condition, but they were unable to solve two very simple problems, although we insisted on several occasions - no more toilet paper was provided once the initial rolls were finished (insufficient for a 4-night stay) and they did not give us the password for the wifi.

Wij zaten in Moinho da Cascata, niet doen is een tourist trap!! Locatie is prachtig, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Back to basic begrijp ik nog, maar alles is vies, en het rook naar urine de ongediertebestrijding kwam langs toen wij er waren.

Alugamos uma das casas da cascatas por um fim de semana e casa privada com Piscina privativa. Quando chegamos parecia uma casa abandonada a relva chegava abaixo do joelho a piscina privativa muito suja ,verde e com vários sapos dentro não estava a funcionar a muito tempo. Pagamos 750€ por 3 noites fomos enganados . Somos 8 pessoas meus 3 filhos que esperava passar um fim de semana com piscina. Imaginem a tristeza deles ao ver a piscina. Os meus sogros idosos eu meu marido e meu cunhado.A senhora que nos receber era a senhora da limpeza tentamos falar com o proprietário que levou mas de meia hora a responder. O senhor disse que não teve tempo de cortar a relva e a piscina já não funciona a tempos . A única solução que o senhor nos proporciona e nos por os 8 na rua e devolver o dinheiro. O senhor bem sabe que estamos na ilha das flores e que tudo está cheio mesmo no hotel até para ir jantar é preciso marcar. Não tivemos outra escolha que de ficar.mudamos o rumo da nossa férias.o senhor foi muito mal educado.Pagamos muito por uma coisa que não era . A casa estava com cheiro a mofo mas havia velas de cheiro o esquentador estava no estado que legal não é com uma taça a recolher a água que de la pingava. Tentamos entrar em contato com o senhor depois da nossa volta para reaver uma parte do nosso dinheiro porque fomos enganados mas o senhor não respondeu. Tenham muito cuidado com a publicação enganosas
