It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! Location: Not far from the center of the town, right on the seaside, the surrounding area is a bit remote, making it more suitable for self-driving tours. Room facilities: The hotel is fairly well-maintained. It feels a bit like a high-end B&B in Jiaochangweili, Shenzhen. The rooms are clean, not big but adequate. There is a small balcony facing the sea, and the sound of waves can accompany you to sleep. The gym is small and doesn't have many things, but it's enough. The swimming pool part is quite good. Disadvantages: Room 08, Building 2, where I live, is very close to a restaurant next door, so I will suffer from the thick smoke from the chimney and the barking of multiple vicious dogs in the middle of the night! ! ! And there was someone hammering with an electric drill at 8:30 in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel mid April 2022 and loved it. Although this was before the season officially had started and there was a skeleton staff on, Mete and his wife and Kemal could not have made us feel more welcome or done enough for us. I was on first floor in room 102 with a view of the sea, it was spacious, clean, well equipped and very comfortable beds. Although the pool wasn’t open yet, they were working hard cleaning and regrouting ready for the season and the gardens were still lovely to relax in, with a poolside bar. The location is perfect, literally a one minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops, (and taxi rank and water taxi if you want to go further afield) but far enough away for it to be very quiet for a good night’s sleep. Must also mention Gök & Ay hairdressers just around the corner where I had several great blow dries for pennies! Added bonus for us were the furry friends who lived on the premises (Michu, Peki and Sasha the dogs and the very chatty 3 legged cat) and greeted us every day and joined us for a sunbathe. If you’re after a reasonably priced central hotel, I would highly reccomend.

October is a perfect time to visit Fethiye, and this hotel is a great choice. The reasonable fee includes a nice breakfast (traditional Turkish, or something else if you want.) Our room had a balcony that overlooked the beach as well as the walkway that parallels the beach. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was use-friendly. There are plenty of electrical outlets, and the internet is reliable. There is also a gleamingly clean pool on the road side of the hotel. I noticed it has slides and other kid-friendly stuff. The staff is professional while also being friendly. They speak Turkish and perfect English. (Maybe other languages, but I don't know.) They answered our questions and provided recommendations and information. They told us summer is extremely busy during June, July, August, and most of September, so you should reserve early if you want to go then. If you want a quieter experience, May and late September to October are good. One issue of which to be aware (this has nothing to do with the hotel) is that the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are rented by the city (the cost helps maintain the beach.) There is only one sign about this that I could see. This year the cost is 110 lira. The officials come around with a machine that provides a receipt. Don't pay any other person. You can avoid paying the fee by putting your towel and other equipment on the sand without using the umbrella or chairs. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants with a variety of choices (i.e. Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Indian.) There are grocery stores and stores where you can buy items you might have forgotten. The prices were very reasonable. I'm not sure if the prices increase during the summer months. When we return to Fethiye, we will return to this hotel. We were very happy with our choice.
