Un accueil super sympa dans cet hôtel bien placé en centre ville. Une grande chambre confortable et tranquille . Avantage aussi : il n'y a pas de circulation dans cette rue. Un bon petit déjeuner aussi. Bref, un bon séjour d'une nuit dans cet établissement.

The entrance is on a quaint little square with a bunch of little streets coming in at odd angles. The hotel backs up on the river, and the breakfast room has an attractive view down the river to an old bridge, and up the river to the mountains. The stairs were attractive, so I didn't bother with elevator.

Hôtel très bien situé à Foix, avec un accueil très sympa , une salle de bain très propre et très bien équipée, une literie de très bonne qualité et pour une fois de quoi ranger ses vêtements, l'endroit est très bien situé en ville à 400m du parking public ( lui est plutôt onéreux avec des bornes de paiement à utilisation variable comme les tarifs ) que les élus continus ainsi et les commerces fermeront les uns après les autres, vu les difficultés d'accès à ceux ci. Dommage pour les hôtels et restaurants du centre ville.

Very comfy beds. A bit strange decor in corridors! Very helpful and kind receptionist who even filled up my hot water bottle with boiling water so I wouldn’t be cold in bed. Superbly located in the centre and close to station. Our bedroom had lovely view over river.

Lons is the all-round perfect hotel IN the village of Foix so that you don't need a car to get to fabulous restaurants. We did have a car and the staff helped us with parking instructions, walks, restaurants, and more. Breakfasts were perfect with anything you'd hope for including fresh croissants and local jam and fruit. Our room overlooked the river and was very quiet at night with comfortable beds and pillows. We had a little desk with 2 chairs and plenty of room for suitcases. Foix is the perfect small town with weekly markets, many shops, restaurants, an amazing museum, and tiny streets (easy to get lost but you'll have a map from the hotel). Enjoy!

GOOD:
- location in central Foix allows foot access to just about everything.
- great staff
- overall a nice, simple hotel.
BAD:
- cafe / bar / restaurant closed most days.
- Breakfast is expensive for the minimal and only ‘okay’ food served.
- rooms facing street can suffer from noise (shouting, vomiting, crying) as bars close
- rooms get hot. Can only cool with open windows, and given street noise…

Je suis allée dans cet hôtel pour faire une formation sur Foix. Très bien situé, le personnel au top dédicace spéciale pour la jeune femme à l'accueil - adorable ! Petit déjeuner parfait Je suis très contente d'avoir passée deux nuit dans cet hôtel.

Pas le meilleur hôtel du monde mais un hôtel familial qui fait plaisir et parfaitement en accord avec la vieille ville de Foix. L'endroit est tout à fait central et sans rapport avec les hôtels en préfabriqué aux abords de la ville. L'accueil est sympathique et très humain
