Pranzo di ferragosto, purtroppo non è andata affatto bene il servizio è stato molto lento, fino ai primi abbastanza buoni, all'arrivo della tagliata purtroppo era immangiabile, sia cottura media che più cotta, l'oca buona ma tutta ossa, ma la parte brutta è stata vedere il cameriere bere con un tavolo vicino e nel rientrare nella sala urtare il passeggino di mia figlie facendola cadere e fare finta di nulla, dopo che mi sono alzato che stava piangendo e dopo averlo fatto notare mi dice che non si era accorto di nulla, ma gli ho fatto notare che stava bevendo con un tavolo fuori e stava festeggiando magari era un po' troppo euforico, alla fine lo ho spiegato alla proprietaria mi ha dato le sue scuse ma credo che una scena così non si dovrebbe presentare su un ristorante di quel tipo, giornata bruttissima perché poi il tavolo con cui stava bevendo hanno continuato ad inveire e a dire cose molto brutte su mia figlia, non tornerò più.

Reception area had heavy cigarette smell and is right next to breakfast area. Failed to have the rooms we had booked and was offered room in bell tower where i would have felt like Quasimodo. All four of us ended in one room with only 1 bathroom. It was just one night so we survived. Toilet in our room seemed not be working 100 percent after flushing.

We stayed at Casa Mancia for one night, while walking on the Via Di Francisco. It's a nice hotel, beds were comfortable, it was clean, bathroom was nice. We had a simple, but tasty (nice cakes) breakfast in price. I'd say it's a nice place to stay especially if you've got a car. For us - it was a bit far from the city centre (over 20 mins by foot), but still we were happy with our stay in all regards.

prenotato 2 stanze ai primi di maggio per il 19 giugno. Il giorno 18 giugno alle ore 11.35 mi arriva una email con la cancellazione della prenotazione (HRS). Telefono alla struttura e mi dicono che sono chiusi per manutenzione. Chiedo se possono trasferirmi o darmi indicazioni su altri hotel ( come un buon albergatore dovrebbe fare) e mi dicono di annullare la prenotazione e di cercare sui vari siti di prenotazione hotel (con costi doppi o alberghi di classe superiore perche' ormai vicini al giorno del viaggio. Buongiorno ed arrivederci.

Siamo stati in 2 in questo B&B il 7 di febbraio 2024 e siamo stati contenti di scegliere questa struttura per la sua accoglienza da parte della proprietaria e soprattutto per la pulizia, abbiamo avuto una camera molto spaziosa e bella poi la colazione inclusa eccellente
