"Gorgeous hotel and in a beautiful location in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac. Everything was clean room was beautiful. Only odd thing was the TV that is fixed once raised so you're forced to sit in bed to watch. I wasn't in the room long so it wasn't a big deal. A+"

"The people are friendly and the location is good. The main areas of the hotel are clean but my room smelled like mildew. I was there for a week and couldn’t get housekeeping. They’re supposed to clean on the 3rd day but when I came back to my room that evening it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for housekeeping and was told they would do it the next day. They didn’t.  I can understand spacing out housekeeping but going a week is gross.  I also thought I was coming down with a cold when I was there but within an hour of leaving my symptoms were gone. I think I was reacting to mold or mildew in the room.  I will not stay there again."

"As longtime Bonvoy member, I was unable to get a late checkout. I asked upon arrival and they said check the day of to be sure. I did just that and they could give me an extra 30 minutes but not the 3 hours I requested. Housekeeping was about the only decent thing at this hotel. If you working and require a late checkout stay far away from this place."
