非常奇葩的酒店，房間裏一整個臭味！！火車線就在酒店邊上，呼嘯而過的火車聲音，日夜都得hold住。最最最奇葩的就是，2000多一個晚上的酒店，空調是不能自己調節的，開個空調調節個空調温度你還得打電話去前台，讓他們幫你操作，跟個審批似的！！簡直就是太滑稽了！！

Trip to Italy
The hotel is very nice. The people were extra friendly, and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. It is a park like setting. Very hard to find due to the driveway exiting directly from the highway. It took us a long time to find the hotel. It was worth the hunt!

Dopo averlo scoperto a Luglio abbiamo deciso di tornarci anche ad Agosto.
Confermo quanto già detto in precedenza: personale eccezionale, (grazie ancora ai ragazzi della reception!), piscina e palestra all’aperto comodissime, buon ristorante e camere molto pulite.

Una serie di problemi gestionali che hanno rovinato la nostra esperienza presso la struttura: Stanze con problemi di riscaldamento, 18 gradi in inverno. non viene proposta una soluzione se non dopo nostra richeista esplicita alle 22:30. spostati di camera Stanze senza refill di carta igienica se non dopo richiesta giornaliera di fornitura. Terzo letto senza alcune doghe, scoperto alle 23. dormito una notte con il materasso a terra. risposta dell'albergo: potevate chiamare il reperibile. Areatore di bagni, se funzionante con aspirazione minima. vi lascio immaginare. Le stenze erano collegate da un passaggio esterno, non coperto laterarlmente alla struttura del corpo centrale, dove si fa la colazione o dove sono le altre camere, immaginate se pioveva o se in inverno fa freddo (tipo 10gradi ed in piagiama vorresti portare qualcosa ai tuoi figli). Al checkout è stato NECESSARIO richiedere una adeguamento del prezzo invece di arrivare dalla direzione come scuse per i continui disagi. Struttura sconsigliata

Personale gentile e disponibile, complimenti sia ai ragazzi della reception che al personale che prepara le colazioni.
Tutti gli ambienti come la hall e il ristorante molto puliti e curati.
Camere pulite e in ordine, qualche dettaglio migliorabile (e.g. Sportello del quadro elettrico nell’armadio che resta aperto, aria condizionata che può essere regolata solo nella temperatura ma per la ventilazione bisogna chiedere in reception, fono un po’ piccolo per le donne con capelli lunghi).
Piscina davvero comoda, anche questa molto pulita.
Ho apprezzato (e usato) gli attrezzi in giardino per gli allenamenti a corpo libero!
Unica nota negativa, il rumore dei treni che passano anche durante la notte obbliga a dormire con le finestre chiuse (ed aria condizionata accesa).

La posizionato dell'albergo è scomoda Le spiagge sono raggiungibili solo in macchina ,anche quelle più vicine. Bello e pulito , ma sono in po' scarsi nel rifornire i prodotti da bagno . La colazione è abbastanza rifornita sia dolce che salata .

Ho soggiornato recentemente in questo hotel 4 stelle, e sebbene le camere fossero davvero belle, ben arredate e pulite, il resto della struttura ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Il giardino e la piscina erano chiaramente poco curati, con spazi che avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione per essere all'altezza di un hotel di questa categoria. Anche il personale era insufficiente rispetto alle dimensioni e alle esigenze della struttura. Il servizio, seppur educato, risultava spesso lento e poco presente, cosa che ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva. Infine, i prezzi richiesti sono decisamente alti rispetto a ciò che l'hotel effettivamente offre. Con qualche miglioramento nella cura degli spazi comuni e un personale più numeroso, l’esperienza potrebbe essere decisamente migliore.

Vacanza con amici per una settimana mezza pensione. Location bellissima. Discreta vicinanza alla spiaggia dell'Osa, 10 minuti con automobile. Ferrovia visibile e soprattutto "udibile". Stanze ben insonorizzate se nn fosse stato per l aria condizionata mal funzionante che obbligava a tenere aperte le finestre. Colazione e cena sicuramente non all altezza di un 4 stelle. Menù cena, unico per tutta settimana, due soli piatti a scelta fra due antipasti, tre primi, due secondi e quattro contorni, eventuale terza portata - antipasto o verdura - a pagamento - assurdo !!-.Acqua e caffè inclusi. No buffet verdure no dessert no frutta. La gentilezza e disponibilita del Sig. Carlos e della moglie,cuoca eccellente, hanno ben mitigato questa strana rigidità. Personale sorridente e disponibile ma mancanza di un direttore d albergo. In definitiva stelle e prezzo non adeguati ai servizi offerti. Un vero peccato

The receptionist was very kind but manager not to be seen….the superior rooms not as on the website. Despite asking for another room….the A/C still didn’t work and the bathroom smelled like sewer. We ask for manager through reception 3 times to help fix but he’s no where around (apparently at the “beach bar working”) ….finally at midnight we decide to open door to patio as it’s cooler outside than in and we don’t sleep because of train noise, birds and bugs! Next morning….still no response from manager when told he would be in at 9:30…had booked a 2nd night and tried to switch rooms for a 3rd time for better A/C but it still didn’t work! Very strange place with only one other couple seen at breakfast. At 11am, still no manager or offer for compensation. Tired of wasting time sitting around waiting for manager to show…. so we left. Received email saying manager giving us half price for “our issue” 1st night but still had to pay full price for 2nd night despite wanting to cancel and stay somewhere we could sleep! Terrible, tacky, not as pictured and definitely wouldn’t recommend! Manager needs to learn what customer service is and respond! Don’t waste your money!
