Very close to the subway station, very convenient to go to Disney or the city

The facilities are ok but the management is a mess. I brought my credit card to guarantee the reservation and paid by swiping my card at the front desk. When I checked out, the front desk asked me to pay for the room. I informed me that I had already paid when I checked in. After leaving the hotel, I actually used the card guaranteed by Ctrip to deduct the room fee for two nights. It's like deducting it twice. (If you accidentally swipe your card during check-out, you will have to pay three times!) I contacted Ctrip to handle it. The customer service was very responsible in helping me communicate with the hotel. The hotel's reply was very slow. I spent two days waiting for the reservation and finance department to confirm, and they came back and said they only had to pay. A payment was deducted? ! Then I submitted the credit card deduction record and found the credit card receipt. Only then did the other party admit that the charge was too much and offered a refund. However, due to the exchange rate difference before and after the credit card's Euros were converted into U.S. dollars, there was an inexplicable loss. Fortunately, Ctrip was very helpful and helpful. I didn't expect Mercure's management to be so chaotic. I would never recommend it. This hotel is quite far from the Little Paris attractions, and the RER a is often crowded. The hotel in District Five where we stayed for the next few days was convenient for going anywhere.

The hotel is generally good. There is a shopping mall next to it which is quite convenient. Also next to the subway station.

Verstikkend hete kamers. Personeel zegt : airco is in alle kamers uitgezet vanwege koude klachten bezoekers!? Advies : doe maar een raam open. Hotel ligt naast de periferique en een RER- station dus dag en nacht veel herrie. 4 sterren onwaardig.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Chambre très bien. Seul gros bémol, le petit déjeuner, aucun choix, pas réapprovisionne au fur et mesure. Et autre point négatif les baignoires sont juste disponible pour les chambres avec lits séparés. Petit point person aucun échantillon.
