Tolles Hotel in super Lage, allerdings nichts für schwache Füsse........sehr gute Küche leider nur u.a.HP, WLAN im Zmmer schwach, umfangreiches deutsches TV, Menüauswahl sehr gut. Immer der gleiche Platz im Restaurant, die Preise gehen gerade so

On arrival hotel looked really nice. Then we got shown to our room. Access to door was tricky with narrow walkway and slightly overgrown hedge to one side. Once in room our initial thoughts were ok this is average and seriously needs an upgrade. Upon further inspection the bathroom was filthy with water marks on all taps, shower etc. The shower door had marks all down them, especially the edges. Most of the furniture had some serious water damage at the bottom. The base of one drawer of bedside cabinet came right out when opening (this was rectified when reported). The balcony looked like it had not been swept and the plants seriously needed cutting back. We complained to hotel and was advised to go back to them next morning after check out time. Which we did but was then told they couldn’t do anything until the manager came in after 1pm. I got the impression that we were just being fobbed off. As soon as I said I had sent pictures to our holiday company they were straight on the phone to the manager. Within half an hour we were given the choice of 2 rooms. As we were B&B we wanted to get some food on our first night. However the procedures regarding the restaurant’s were not explained at all. One seemed to be for only certain people. We had to use the other one but where everyone else seemed to have a specific table we were shunted here there and everywhere every morning. The tea was lukewarm at best. This seemed to be because the waitress kept topping it up with cold water. I initially asked for hot water for our tea at our first breakfast and was given this but upon asking on subsequent mornings it was indicated that we had to use the urn. Our impression was that as we were not with a large group we were irrelevant. Got the feeling also that as we were not Italian or German we were not as important as other guests. We had to try and work out for ourselves where everything was as the instruction was non existent. Think the only staff member that made us feel welcome was the cleaner.

The grounds are beautiful and clean . Service is very slow and you must ask for everything. Coffee or tea must find a waiter and wait and wait for a long time. Most of the time customers are ignored by staff . Breakfast is same every day and very poor selection. Nothing like you see in the photos .

Bellissimo, pulito, con una navetta per andare al mare. Anche perché non è proprio sul mare ed è in salita. Bella piscina calda, cibo ottimo, terrazza sul mare fantastica. Estremamente consigliato anche se non è proprio vicino al centro e tocca andare in taxi la sera.

Sono andato in vacanza con la mia compagna sua sorella e la figlia, per noi e il terzo anno al royal palm e devo dire che dopo la ristrutturazione, avvenuta due anni fa' le cose sono notevolmente meiglorate,il posto è ideale per rilassarsi,ha due piscine riscaldate e una temperatura normale, dispone di camere spaziose con vista sulla baia di citara. Particolare menzione per la ristorazione dell'albergo, tutto buonissimo ed il servizio eccellente, il cameriere che ci ha servito Landi è sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello del ristorante molto disponibile e dotato di una simpatia notevole. Sicuramente torneremo in futuro

Con mia moglie siamo stati benissimo. Situato a pochi metri dalla Spiaggia della Cava e vicinissimo anche alla meravigliosa Baia di Citara. L'Hotel dispone di tutti i confort ed è bello esteticamente. Abbiamo fatto la mezza pensione e la sera abbiamo sempre cenato benissimo. Il menù era vario e consentiva una vasta gamma di scelta. Personale professionale ed anche molto simpatico. Un particolare abbraccio al cameriere brizzolato e con gli occhiali, un vero simpaticone. Ci torneremo l'anno prossimo perché ci è piaciuto davvero tutto!

Hotel con vista panoramica, dotato di tutti i confort. Cibo ottimo, personale di alto livello e grande cordialità. Siamo stati magnificamente e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff che ci ha fatto trascorrere una meravigliosa vacanza.

Posizione **** panoramica sulla baia di Citara Esterni **** giardini curati Piscine *** termali ampie e ben curate Personale *** presente e gentile Ristorante ** economico ma non da 4 stelle Interni * camere molto datate e tutte da rifare, bagni con tenda doccia, arredi di oltre 40 anni (comodini con radio fm!!!! Ovviamente non funzionanti), pavimenti e infissi rovinati, condizionatori rumorosi e inefficienti (temperatura fissa) In sintesi… qualità / prezzo ***
