Pagas 1.000€ por 3 días y te ponen dos rollos de papel higiénico, cuando vas a pedir más te piden el número de habitación para cobrarte el rollo, también cobran por salir más tarde (te echan a las 10!!), creo que con lo que cobran un mínimo tienen que dar..solo exigen y cobran por todo! Por lo demás le han dado un lavado de cara y cumple su función, está muy céntrico. Pero por un poco más duermes en un hotel y mucho mejor.

El peor hotel del mundo. Jamás he recibido un peor trato al cliente y eso que viajo mucho. Tienen 0 amabilidad y comprensión. Lo “barato” al final sale caro. Sugiero que busquen otro alojamiento. Por su culpa, la gente dejará de ir a Formigal y buscaran otras alternativas.

Le han lavado la cara a las habitaciones, cambiado edredones ( más modernos), lámparas individuales en cada cama... Es pequeño, pero funcional y más que suficiente para descansar después de esquiar. Fuimos con los niños y el perro y no hemos tenido ningún problema. El trato ha sido agradable por parte de todo el personal. Tiene guarda esquis y se encuentra a 2min andando de la plaza del Reloj en donde se coje el bus hacia las pistas.Repetiremos sin duda.
