The staff was very rude and unhelpful at check-in. Literally wouldn’t speak to us or even look at us. We had pre-booked and pre-paid, and it still took forever. The room was ok, but the bathroom had water damage in the ceiling, peeling paint, the faucet was sticking out from the wall over an inch in the shower

From all the reviews, I was OK with having my family stay at this hotel I was wrong. It was dirty. It looks like people were living there year-round. The room had a weird smell. It took a very long time for the air conditioner to cool down the room. We turned it on lotta weird people just walking around it was really dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows felt like shredded foam and they just shoved it in a pillowcase. The continental breakfast was just OK. I took some Froot Loops for my kids. The coffee was disgusting. Then we left we will not return.
