Comfort Suites Forsyth near I-75

Very outdated and the room was already occupied when we showed up, the staff was nice but the hot tub is broke, the phone didn’t work in the room, and they don’t give you enough pillows.

Friendly staff I liked.

Well there was no daily cleaning or linen service and the ice machine didn’t work they had a cooler in the lobby for guests to get ice! The A/C in the room wouldn’t cool at night for some reason. This place is just run down and needs a Reno

Mold in the shower. Carpet filthy. Grout missing from tiles and against shower, shower leaked because shower curtain too short. Paint peeling off walls and splotches of unpainted surfaces. The smell of "****" in the elevator. Unlit areas of parking lot. Security cameras on side of building that had some light in parking lot did not seem to be functioning/had been removed or replaced...something else there. If we had not gotten in so late we likely would have at least tried to get a different room.

When we first arrived, there was a note on the counter at the lobby stating the lobby was closed at 7 PM. and that we would need to go over to another location to get checked in. We were successfully checked in and went up to the room. There was a roach on the couch. The tubs were painted and cracking. Mold in the caulk of the tub/shower. The beds were poorly made. We went to look for ice and there was a dirty blue cooler in the front lobby that had a sign above it for ice. The shower handle would just turn and turn so we had to guess where hot water was. The tub was not draining properly so it made showering very difficult. The staff was very friendly and informative, as the facility isn’t just a one man job.. it was poorly just OK to stay because we were exhausted but I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

We were only there for 1 night. We arrived late and left very early the next morning.

The safety bar on the door was broken. Several repairs in the room were poorly done. Generally, the hotel needs a complete refurbishment or demolition.

We stayed at this property based on the chain’s reputation and our previous stays at other locations. However, it was not up to the company’s usual standards. We found it to be subpar lodging at a premium price. While the front desk clerk was friendly and professional, the bed and linens comfortable, the property quiet, overall it was shabby and in disrepair, especially the room itself. Examples include the bathroom having no toilet paper roll holder, a terribly cracked sink with no plug, while the semi-repainted, ratty looking tub had a broken plug. None of three ice machines we checked were functional. The TV remote was very difficult to turn on and impossible to turn off, so we had to ask the clerk for a replacement which she had my husband retrieve from an empty guest room. The room’s door was also tricky to latch securely. Overall, we do not plan stay there again and will certainly take the time to check guest reviews for any other future Choice Hotel more thoroughly. Our overall stay at this property was better than many reviews we later read, but failed to meet our expectations for the price or the chain’s reputation. The place could greatly be improved with minimal effort and expense. Then it would be worth consideration for future guests to more likely have much better stays.
