Great view of Loch Ness. Hotel has huge potential but let down by lack of investment and indifferent food offerings. The four poster suite is the best in the hotel, but looking tired: electric cabling under the bed, peeling paint and tatty old furniture. The lounge area is the best part of this hotel. The service is very friendly.

Very good hotel. It was a pleasant surprise during the trip. The hotel is very retro and very stylish. You can hike to Loch Ness nearby, which is a beautiful photo spot.

1. The hotel is actually 1 mile from Fort Augustus, overlooking Loch Ness. The environment is very good, the yard is very large, and parking is very convenient if you drive here. But if you don't drive yourself, the location here is a bit awkward, and it still takes some time to walk to Fort Augustus. The hotel is actually an old building, the room is large, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is English breakfast, nothing special. 2.
