We really enjoyed our whole experience at Edwards House. Loved the whole place. Wonderful, comfortable bedroom with beautiful restored windows,even one in the Avery Room closet. Great convenient location, easy walk to Old Town. Convenient parking. Delicious breakfast with friendly service.

Nestled in a picturesque residential neighborhood, this charming B&B offers both tranquility and convenience, with easy access to nearby dining and shopping spots. Our spacious and inviting room, located on the first floor, provided ample comfort. Notably, the separate temperature control for the bedroom and bathroom added a touch of uniqueness to our stay. Breakfast was a delightful affair in the elegant dining room, offering a chance to connect with fellow guests over a delectable spread of dishes. While our interactions with the innkeepers were limited to online arrangements and email communication, the seamless check-in process—complete with an emailed note containing the entrance code—underscored the efficiency of their operations. Despite the absence of face-to-face interaction, this B&B stands out as one of the finest accommodations in Ft. Collins. It's a top contender that warrants your attention when considering where to stay in town.

An amazing stay at the Edwards House. The Proprietor was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were incredible. Great location to the Old Town shops and restaurants.

Amzing place all the way around from it's location to beautiful rooms. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable but that could be just the way we felt about it. Otherwise It was a most perfect stay. We will definitley be back.

Lovely old home updated with modern amenities. Fuller room extremely comfortable with working gas fireplace and king sized bed. Delightful, full breakfast each morning. Friendly and helpful staff. Good communication via texting with staff prior to registration and entry. Free parking.

A magnificent property beautifully restored!
Wonderful breakfast.
Edwards House is very efficiently managed with detailed advance instructions, however we missed the warmth of a personal greeting on arrival.

Had an amazing time. This place is walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful (mostly on the inside) and the people were great. I highly recommend.
